Condo is in a great location. Beautiful views of ocean and bay. Close to some restaurants and shops. The host was fantastic from time of booking to check out.

everything with the property was good: location, size, furniture, fixtures, appliances and decor etc. Only negatives were floors and carpet were dirty, and parking was really tight.

We shared our first family beach vacation with close friends this month. It was a wonderful experience for all. The condo was clean and comfortable and exactly as we had pictured it to be. The beach was so close and made it easy for us to take the little ones back when they were tired! There were activities and a variety of restaurants all very close by. The owners sent us a little welcome text when we arrived, checked in on us and even recommended some really great places to eat. We hope to go back to this very spot next year!

We had our family there with us for almost 5 days. The condo was clean, very comfortable. We were able to cook meals together, eat together too. The washer/dryer was a Godsend with my young grandkids. We would definitely rent this again. The space for our family was amazing. The owners were so kind & helpful!

This condo was so beautiful and clean. The perfect area to access all Ocean City has to offer. Our hosts Rick and Janeen Miller were easy to contact and amazing people. The views from balcony were beautiful with sunrises to sunsets. Everything we needed were right at our fingertips. My husband , myself and our grandchildren had the vacation we dreamed of and will definitely return!!

We rented the property to celebrate my sister’s upcoming wedding. Six adults stayed, and there was plenty of space for us sleep (if you’re comfortable sharing a bed) and relax before and after beach time. The property is a quick walk right next to the beach, and the pool was nice to have for a quick dip after a day on the beach. You are right in the middle of the main stretch of OC, so you are close to all that OC has to offer. We had a blast!

The condo was great for our family. There were only 3 of us, so we definitely had more space than we needed - but still worked out perfectly!
The beach access wasn’t as busy as we thought it would be. Likely because there aren’t many high rise condos nearby like you’d find on other parts of the beach. Easy walk to and from condo with beach chairs/umbrella.
We dined out most of the time, but the condo was still well equipped with everything you’d need to cook at home.
Walkable to nearby restaurants, mini golf & beach store.
Sunrise is incredible. Sunset is just as nice, although a bit further walk from the condo if you want a perfect view.
We would definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect for our stay. We were in OCMD for a National dance competition. This location was perfect, since we had to be at the convention center daily. It was also the best location for getting our little ones to the beach. We didn’t need to cross any major roads and it was a short 2 minute walk.
Rick was very accommodating and gave us fantastic recommendations for various restaurants.

The house is so close to the water and makes the walk to the beach so easy! The house was great and the Miller family was so quick with all responses and providing us information on where to go and what to do each day.

Awesome Condo
We’ve been vacationing in OC for 6 years now and this place is the nicest place we’ve stayed at hands down. Beautiful views of both the ocean and the bay. The condo was much bigger than the pictures seem. Rick was great, very accommodating. He even let us check in a little early. We are definitely going to try to book this place for next summer. Just Perfect!!
We had a great time at this condo. It is PERFECT! So clean, well-stocked, and very spacious. We could see the OC Air Show from the balcony! The owner communicates so well and answered all my many questions with kindness. The condo is so large that it allowed the kids' space to play while the adults could have drinks and relax. Also, the kids used the pool daily even in the rain! The beach is literally like 100 steps from the parking lot! Perfect location in OC and so close to everything. We hope to book again next year!

Great location for all groups
My group that was originally 7 people ended up being 4 and both would have worked perfectly! Most things are in walking distance, and the things that aren’t are available by bus (the stop is across the street). We spent a lot of mornings and evenings on the balcony because you can see the sunrise and sunset. Rick was great with communicating and answering questions right away! Please read the description thoroughly. You’ll need bedding/linens, toilet paper and paper towels, but the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes for cooking! There’s a kuerig and a coffee pot which was a bonus. We’ve already talked about coming back with our families or just the girls.

From before even checking in, Rick was great at communicating! Once we got there, we realized this place was HUGE and super clean and quite literally only a couple hundred yards(if even) from the beach! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for my sisters bachelorette weekend! ☺️ Already talks for another weekend in the future at this same place!

Beautiful condo with a great location!
We stay in OC every spring and fall for the cruisin' car shows. This condo was in the perfect location with great views of both the bay and the ocean. It's beautifully decorated, has a large living room and very comfortable beds! It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach everyday and then head over to the Taphouse for dinner & drinks. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo and great location!
This was a great place to stay for a girls getaway! The balcony was incredible with a view of the bay which was only a 2 min walk away and also a view of the beach again only a 2 min walk away. The owner was very helpful with recommendations on where to eat and things to do....best trip ever!

Absolutely PERFECT condo!
We rented this condo for a girls weekend for 6 of us. The condo is exactly as pictured. It is clean, well-maintained, spacious, “beachy”, and in the perfect location (a short 4 block walk to Seacrets)! Very close to the beach! Pool was very nice as well. Rick is extremely responsive when it comes to communication. My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer!

Awesome condo and location
Great condo with wonderful views of the ocean from the living room and 3 bedrooms. Also great views from the spacious balcony of the bay to your left and ocean to the right. Pool was clean and never crowded, with a short walk to the beach. Location is great as it’s within walking distance of great restaurants and activities. The unit is well stocked and the layout of beds in the bedrooms was perfect for our group. The decor and size of the condo is very welcoming and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact should you have any questions or concerns. Our group loved this rental.

AMAZING!
We just got back from our week-long vacation, and it was fantastic! The condo has everything you need and is in short walking distance to many attractions such as mini golf, Seacrets, Sugar Kingdom, Taphouse, and more! The entire condo was clean, tidy, and it felt like you were at home when you arrived. We would definitely stay again!

Great family get away
The condo was beautiful and exactly as pictured. My husband, daughter, mother-in-law, and myself all stayed in the condo and were so comfortable, we felt like we could enjoy our time together but also have our own space. The beach is so close and there are several restaurants and shops close by so you could walk to them. We loved our trip to Ocean City. Rick makes sure you feel welcome and comfortable.

Wonderful family vacation
We had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo perfectly fit our family of 8 — 6 adults and 2 kids ages 2-70. The beds were comfortable, and rooms were spacious. The 6-year old just loved sleeping on the bunk bed. I was surprised by how quiet the condo was. From inside the home, you couldn’t hear much outside noise or from the neighbors. The kitchen was well stocked, although we didn’t cook any meals. By far the best part about this condo is the location. Watching the sunset over the bay and spotting dolphins in the ocean was incredible. We even walked to several restaurants and activities. We can’t wait to return to this spot.

Home away from home
Great vacation condo for your family and friends steps away from the beach! The owner was awesome from beginning to end whether it was responding to my text and email or shooting me a quick message telling me things available to do! The check in and out process was fast and no hassle and he also accommodated all request with no hesitation. The kitchen was equipped with every gadget, utensil, pots, keurig, air fryer, ice maker, etc. The location is right in the middle of everything. I will definitely rent this property again and recommend it to others!
