We have a complaint regarding our July 1-4 reservation. An important aspect of our reservation was the location far from the city, suitable for relaxation and recharging. That's why we rented a car and traveled to you from Bari. On two of the three nights spent there, private parties took place on the spot. The first time, in addition to the loud music and DJ, children were constantly singing, shouting and running in front of the apartment. When we asked, the staff told us that there was such a loud event only that evening, Saturday. However, the same thing happened again on Monday, without the children, but with even louder music and singing. After our reservation in June, we received a message in Italian (and not English, which is the usual language of booking.com, your introduction can also be found in this language), in which we draw attention to possible musical events in the area, without knowing their dates. If we had known about these events, we would not have booked with you in any way, since - although we also love parties - we only needed rest during these four days. We received no information before our trip, nor before / after the events, nor even an apology for what happened. All this is incomprehensible and inadmissible in our opinion. We ask that you reimburse us the total cost of accomodation and the 50% of the car rental.

Our room was spacious and immaculately clean, providing us with a comfortable and serene setting to unwind. The owner exuded genuine warmth and friendliness, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the place. Their hospitality was top-notch, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. One of the standout experiences during our stay was definitely the breakfast. Every dish was homemade and exceptionally delicious. It was clear that a lot of love and care went into preparing each item, which added an extra touch of warmth to our mornings. The location is also worth mentioning. Situated away from the hustle and bustle of the city, it was a perfect retreat offering tranquility and relaxation. Yet, it was also conveniently accessible, providing the best of both worlds. What truly made our experience extraordinary was the value for money. For the quality of service, comfort, and delightful food, the price was surprisingly affordable. In short, Masseria Sacramento is a charming oasis that offers a unique blend of comfort, peace, and hearty Italian hospitality. It was an experience that left us thoroughly satisfied, and we can't wait to return on our next trip.

Spacious rooms in a very cool atmosphere where you can enjoy the views of the olive grove on the large terrace. The hosts, despite the lack of communication in English, tried to meet all our needs.

Perfect location and an amaizing place. Rooms are spacious, clean and cosy. Food is amaizing so do not miss the breakfast. They produce their own pasta and olive oil which you can buy. Owneres are really welcoming and service was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this area.

That I had only time for one night

The food was incredibly good with many ingredients produced on the farm, including the mozzarella which was the best we had ever tasted, the pasta which was made using wheat grown on the farm, and the jam, marmalade and eggs which we had at breakfast. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. As soon as we arrived the friendly staff made us feel at home and were exceptionally kind and welcoming.

Very friendly hosts, breakfast was excellent with homemade sweets, croissants,.... For dinner Guiseppe offered us some home made cheese and focaccia Very quiet place surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Nice and spacious rooms

18th birthday party in the middle of the week without being warned. We received a bottle of wine and had a drink in the garden until the end of the party ;-)

We were traveling for two weeks and wanted to have a nice and quet night before our next trip to Matera. We were exhausted. When we came we were the only guests there and after a few hours we realised why. The hotel was hosting a beer festival with loud music, grill and a LOT of people (btw music was some kind of domestic folk genre with really bad performance). The staff gave us a room with windows oriented next to the grill and party. Also, they didn't warn us about the party in advance. We booked the hotel 3 months ago and we didn't recieve any kind of notification from the hotel. When we went to reception to ask for a change of room, we were ignored (we were the only guests!!). Staff was arrogant and doesn't know any kind of language except Italian. Really bad experience and I don't recommend this place.

sooo beautiful place and great hosts

We enjoyed the serenity of the place especially during the day. Breakfast was abundant and fresh always prepared by Mariella who is a great hostess. Mariella grazzie di tutto, sei veramente fantastica.

My room was huge and spotless! The food at this place is exceptional, everything is seasonal and local (mostly grown on site).

Exceptionally clean, and provides to all needs. The pool area is beautiful, and the restaurant provides a brilliant service. Giuseppe you’re one of a kind. Such a gentle soul who goes out of his way to make his guests content. Ci rivedrai!

Nothing - we loved everything

I cannot begin to describe how amazing Masseria Sacramento was for us. We arrived late evening around 20:00 and were soon shown our room. The room had a terrace and an amazing view on the surrounding garden. The room was very clean, beautiful, and aesthetic. We then went for dinner where we were served by the wonderful staff. The food was amazing and left us speechless. Big thank you to the chefs and Giuseppe for the heartwarming demonstration of mozzarella cheese making process. In the morning we were awaited with the most delicious breakfast we have had in Italy. I think it is enough to say that in Masseria Sacramento food is made with love. Overall, as tourists we felt welcomed like nowhere else. The atmosphere, the food, the staff, the location, the everything was spectacular. Thank you, Masseria Sacramento! We hope to return one day.

There is a separate building that can be rented for social gatherings. But as long as there is no music outside you don't hear anything from that.
