Disfrute de este "hogar lejos del hogar" con su familia. Final segunda planta unidad 205 en la calle 44 con vistas al océano y la bahía. Actualizado cada temporada baja: electrodomésticos de cocina, encimeras de granito, gabinetes, pisos de baldosas, pisos de madera, alfombras, lavadora y secadora y baños. Nuevos colchones en 2014. Nuevos sofás añadidos en 2016. Alfombras nuevas 2019. Ropa de cama no se proporcionan. El edificio cuenta con un ascensor para facilitar el acceso. Hay una gran piscina interior abierta de mayo a octubre que se actualizó en 2019.
Dormitorio principal con una cama king se abre a un amplio balcón con vista al mar. La unidad tiene una gran ducha extra en el dormitorio principal. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio y dos literas. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial y doble / litera doble. También hay un sofá-cama situado en la sala de estar. Los 3 dormitorios tienen TV y la gran sala de la familia tiene un TV / VCR / DVD.
Hay 2 espacios de estacionamiento asignados y un armario de almacenamiento para su equipo de playa.

Very comfy place with plenty of room and very close to the beach you can sit on the balcony and people watch or look at the ocean. Nice pool kids loved it open from 10am till 8pm

Overall it was nice however there were a few issues. The doorknob to the screen door kept coming off on our hands, the knob for the shower came off when we tried to turn on the master shower and there were no batteries in the smoke detector (which he did come and add). We also had to print off our parking passes...we don't have a printer so we had to run to Staples (every other place we stayed at they were on the kitchen counter for us) and he required more cleaning from us then at checkout any other place I've ever stayed. For the price we paid I would expect everything to be in proper working order and I would expect less work on our end while we are on vacation.

Condo looks just like the photos, very clean and updated unit. 6 adults had plenty of space. Great location with nearby restaurants and attractions and also a block to the beach. Having both ocean and bay views on deck was a great feature. Beds were comfy too. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is exactly as listed. We were there for a dance competition at the convention center so the location was perfect. The beach is just steps away and tons to do close by. We’d definitely stay again and recommend. You can tell they take great care of their place and he is easy to reach if needed.

We had an awesome time at Mark's place in Ocean City Maryland. It accomated our large group comfortably and at an extremely affordable price. Mark was readily available for any questions we had and everything was as advertised.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for! We came into town for a cheer competition at the convention center. There were 4 adults and 3 kids and the space fit us perfectly! We were within walking distance to the convention center, the beach and a ton of places for restaurants or shopping.

Great location and condo floorplan
There were many positives to this rental...updated kitchen and open floorplan, deck that is the width of the condo (you can see the ocean and bay). Three bedrooms with comfortable beds and the ability to accommodate a large family. The condo had everything you may need on your beach vacation. Two designated parking spots also a bonus!
The main con was that the unit was not very clean when we arrived (open food remained in cabinets, trash was found under the sofa). I had shared these concerns with the owner so she could address them with her cleaning crew.

The house was a great place to stay for our girls weekend especially since we stayed in most of the time due to the bad weather that weekend. Super spacious although there was some damage, but nothing that affected our stay and the property was beautiful! There was some food residue from the previous people, but nothing crazy and everything else was pretty clean. Alice was also great with communicating to me. She called me the morning of us going down to tell me they found out that their fridge unfortunately broke and they were unable to replace it in time. She gave us the option to cancel with a refund or just a night refund and we could still go up. We (obviously) still chose to go and like I said, we had a great time and she even let us check in early because of the inconvenience. If you have a large party I’d recommend going especially since it was such a great location and walking distance from a lot of great places.

Condo By the Beach
Our family really enjoyed renting this property. There were 12 of us (6 adults and 6 children) and we were very comfortable there! We really appreciated the bunk beds in 2 of the rooms, the large/open living room area with plenty of room for all, and the pool! The property was exactly as listed... thank you for a wonderful week!

There was one problem was told it was wheelchair accessible but both bathrooms weren’t and the other 2 bedrooms weren’t. It was very hard for my elderly Mother.

Family vacation
The condo was great, it had a lot of space there was more than enough room for our family of 8. The kids enjoyed the beautiful pool which was very clean and blue. The location is excellent, it is within walking distance to shops and mini golf. We will definitely stay here again.

Great beach within easy walking distance, indoor pool right down the hall. Condo was very clean and spacious. Whole family had a fun vacation, lots of attractions within walking distance. Boardwalk was so a short easy drive. Would definitely rent this place again!

4th of July fun!
This is our second time staying here! We absolutely love it there and we will continue to rent from Alice and Mark. It’s clean and spacious, also a perfect distance from everything you want. I HIGHLY recommend this rental!!
