Place was clean, great location and plenty of space!

The property exceeded our expectations. It was very conveniently relocated, and spacious enough to accommodate all our needs. I would definitely recommend staying again at this property.

Not only were we 2 blocks from the beach, we were also within walking distance to the start and finish lines for the races this weekend! The cutest backyard with fun lighting! Property manager/owner VERY easy to work with and very quick to respond to questions or requests. Comfortable living, felt like home. Made some great memories this weekend! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Visiting VB for a gymnastics meet at the convention center. So convenient to everything. The center was a 10 minute walk. The Vibe is so close with great coffee shops nearby. I tried all three. The rooms were perfect for the families that came from Cleveland Ohio, Cary NC and one family was local. Thank you for the wonderful place that was large enough to accomodate.

Our only concern was the broken back gate which kept up from being able to let our dogs use the backyard. Ensuring else was as it was when we last visited the house. Owner is very responsive and host pos perfect for our need.

Clean, no issues everything worked

We traveled from California with our adult children and grandkids to share the holiday week with my Navy son’s family and it was perfect! There was space and supplies for our big family to feel right at home, cook and play together. Thomas was an incredible host and extremely responsive. Yes, I see in the other reviews the house could use a refresh but honestly, with all the kids, I loved not having to worry about ruining this cozy beach house. It felt lived in which was perfect for our stay. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We really enjoyed our prommximity to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. It fits alot more people that it looks like from the front.

We chose this location in order to attend 757 Battle of the Beers, but it got postponed due to the impending Tropical Storm. We had a great time - plenty of space for 4 families. It was perfect location to go to the aquarium. Will definitely be back next year!

3 kids under 4. Ran hallway and screamed which was still not louder than planes. Fun. Short walk to beach. All cooking utensils you need.

We had a great week. Loved the yard for our dogs. Rooms were clean and property was steps away from the beach, bike trail, shops and restaurants.

We love staying in this house! This was our fourth year staying there and we are already planning our trip for next year!

Great location and easy to get to the beach. Great space for all of us. Kids got to bunk together in same room. Backyard so they could get out doors too. Many beach supplies made available by host. Would definitely stay there again

I highly recommend this place it feels like it’s your own home very specious confortable beds clean and near everything.

The good: The house is in a great location (less than 10 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk.) Close to the convention center. Can walk to restaurants/shopping/coffee shops. It was very clean with nice bedding and good mattresses. Five bedrooms is great for a group. Nice to have a yard and grill. The back bedroom was large and had a very nice renovated bathroom. Great communication from owner. The bad. The house itself is looking a bit tired. It could use a refresh. Biggest complaint-It has a very musty smell, especially in the back bedroom. The back bedroom felt damp. There was very limited storage in the back bedroom for clothes. There was one small chest of drawers and half of it was being used for extra sheets/pillowcases. It could really use some dressers or a wardrobe for storage. A little bit information about the house would have been nice. (We didn't realize there were folding chairs in the bedroom closets until the second day.) There was an outdoor shower but it didn't work. There are two door handles on the back door, which was strange. You need two hands to open the door, which makes it difficult if you have things in your hands. You have to put everything down to open the door. The kitchen had mostly everything we needed to cook, but it was a mismatch of old, worn things. I appreciate when AirBNBs have toiletries and food items available (salt, pepper, shampoo, etc.) but there were too many odds and ends in the house (half used bottles of shampoo, listerine).

It looked even bigger in person than online! I couldn’t ask for a better place. Super close to the beach. About a 5-10 minute walk. I went with a group of 11 friends and we didn’t feel crammed or uncomfortable with the space. Check in and check out were easy to do. Thomas was very accommodating and messaged me back quickly. It was also great that there were a lot of amenities like the towels, linens, and the TVs. We would stay here again.

House was in a very convenient location. Pretty well furnished to enjoy family meals. A bit noisy. Three bathrooms but somewhat limited access with the children sleeping. Overall good time!!!

The property was great! It had everything we needed as the property description listed. I loved having a big kitchen that had all the dishes and tools we needed. The space of the house was perfect for our large group. The only issue we had was with the TV's/remotes with streaming, but we got enough to work to pacify the grandfather, haha. The wifi I think was just a little slow, and the remote needed new batteries and a refresh. Thank you to the host for a great, carefree trip!

What can I say, it was clean, plenty of room for 8 ppl. The family got together after many years and this was the perfect meeting place. Location was great! Had a wonderful time!

Whether its a small or a large group, this place is perfect to have a great time. Came with five people. Had enough restaurants around to satisfy and a utensil stocked kitchen to make a bunch of different meals ourselves. Definitely recommend

The house was as advertised and spacious enough for our large group. Parking is available for about 5-6 cars on a rear 1/2 street which was nice just not very clear from instructions that I can remember. The 1 bathroom could use some updating and full cleaning but otherwise the stay was as we expected.

We were in town for a sport competition. It was an easy walk to the Convention Center, beach and restaurants. Parking accommodated four larger vehicles easily. The backyard was very private and a nice place to relax in the evenings. Overall our stay worked well for our needs and we would stay here again.

This property was just what our family needed for our long weekend getaway. We booked moderately far out and the whole process was easy from beginning to end. Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home in the Virginia Beach area.

The house and location was perfect for our visit, which was a sporting event at the convention center. The house was big enough for all of us to enjoy comfortably. The house does need a little maintenance. Some paint is peeling and a toilet needed constant adjusting to work correctly. Otherwise, great!

It is called Relaxlation Station for a reason. We all had a very great time. It was very relaxing for all of us.

This location worked very well for our family. It is close to the beach, many other restaurants and activities and also very dog and child friendly. Great kitchen space. Large table for meals and board/card games. Nice open area for family time. Everybody enjoyed their stay!

This was a great place for our multi generational family (and dogs) to meet and celebrate my mom's 90th birthday! Everything was exactly as pictured and the hosts are super responsive and accomodating!
