Das Wort "Luxury" in der Beschreibung ist stark übertrieben. Es ist eine zugegebermaßen nette Wohnung, aber sicher nichts besonderes. Das Schlafzimmer-Bad müffelte, da ist wohl die Toilettendichtung nicht mehr dicht. Das wurde schon Monate vor meinem Aufenthalt auf Booking bemängelt, aber nicht behoben. Mit der Chipkarte, die man braucht, um den Aufzug zu benutzen, war das oberste Stockwerk mit dem Pool nicht erreichbar. Die Küche ist mehr als dürftig ausgestattet, die 2 vorhandenen Töpfe und die einzige Pfanne sehr schmutzig, nicht mal ein gescheites Messer. Überhaupt lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, obwohl zusätzlich noch Geld für die Reinigung kassiert wurde. Der Mietpreis ist deutlich zu hoch, mehr Schein als Sein.

The kitchen is empty not even salt and pepper. For the price you will expect it. No air conditioner. It was hot. We wanted to stay a little bit longer and need to pay for an extra day

Kitchen, washing machine, all appliances in working condition. Hot water 24/7. Pool and gym access for guests. Security is very tight. Access to the building is restricted for non-residents. Underground parking available (however it is very slanted, impossible to park motorcycles. Had to arrange another spot for extra pay). Close proximity to shops and restaurants. Beach and various parks are within walking distance.

It is on the busy main road. Traffic noise and air pollution. No AC.
