As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe here. The apt was huge and the wifi was great. Veronica, who checked me in had impeccable English (my Spanish is really bad) and she really went above and beyond to help me out! I’d definitely stay here again.

It was fairly quiet but any time anyone in the building turned on their water there was a loud buzzing noise, which was slightly bothersome at night. There were ants, but if you clean up after yourself well and take the garbage out when there is food in it, they’re not a problem.

Close to city center, just a 50mxn taxi ride to every attraction point. Neighborhood has many restaurants, an supermarket 50m away and a laundry service 2 blocks away. Apartment has all you need , including acces to the swimming pool and back yard. There is also a secure parking space upfront.

The owners are friendly and helpful and communicated well from the beginning, so check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment has plenty of space and amenities. It is conveniently located near restaurants and stores. It is a little bit farther to the tourist zone but definitely walkable. The A/C and Wi-Fi worked well. I enjoyed having a pool to cool off in during the afternoons.

There is a definite sewer smell, but I found it helpful to cover the drains.

The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with for checking-in and check-out. Very close to town, can walk to all your basic needs and a short taxi to the beach and main strip. Included everything advertised and was very clean. I would stay there again.

Needs general maintenance, more detail cleaning and kitchen utensils and loose faucet to be fixed.

Overall I really enjoyed staying here, the location is just outside of the busy streets of Playa and Quinta Avenue so it’s great if you’re a Digital Nomad who wants to get some work done. There’s a nice kitchen, AC and a pool that barely no one uses :P Stable internet is a big plus, as well as a bike you can use to get around and a 0-24 shop that’s just around the corner. Also the neighbours are pretty cool, mostly locals! :)

Was not a problem for me but if you’re looking to be in the middle of the party/beach zone there’s a short commute (~10 minutes) to the beach. You can take the local bus (20 pezos) or a cab (50 pezos) to get there.

We loved our short holiday here. Great apartment in a good location. Facilities are clean and the apartment is well equipped. The owners are friendly and so helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, AC in the bedrooms is fantastic. The pool is lovely and quiet, and was a great addition to our stay. It was a bonus to have secure parking too. We will definitely be back, the children, my husband and I all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
