We had an amazing Fourth of July week at the beach house. Everything is five stars - cleanliness, location (on the beach in a cozy neighborhood), quiet, ample room for family to spread out or gather to play games, or lead on the deck and watch the water. Thanks for great memories, we look forward to a future stay.

We just had a lovely weekend in Hyannis, the views from the living rooms upstairs and downstairs were perfect as well as access to the beach. We enjoyed being close to Main Street restaurants and also a short drive from the bayside beaches as well when we wanted to explore. The inside was comfortable for our group of two families with kids who loved the calm beach and building sandcastles.

We had an amazing December stay to enjoy the local holiday festivities. The house was as described, the host was very responsive, and the view was amazing. Would definetly recommend!

This property is in a beautiful neighborhood with a private beach setting. The hosts were very accommodating to meet our needs, even making a special trip to get additional kitchen towels.

This is a beautiful beachfront home and ideal for a family vacation. Everyone loved the beautiful surroundings and the comfortable and airy accommodations. The private beach is spectacular and very accessible. This is our go-to place on Cape Cod!

Tiffany was a great host and communicated all the details to get in the house before our arrival. The house itself is amazing! The view is remarkable, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even the towels were amazing, so soft and cozy. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

It is a great house with an amazing view and good beach. We stayed with a group of 9 and cooked almost all meals in. The house provided only basic cookware but we made do. I wish that there were chairs enough for everyone to sit at the table. Overall a great house. The owners were very responsive.

This home is ideally situated for adults and young children. The access to the beach was great and the yard allowed the kids to play ball, have races and do cartwheels in the grass. With a new deck and new Andersen sliders, it was easy to just hang out and relax with the entire family for a week. This was our second consecutive stay here and hope to do it again next year.

Paradise two years in a row
Just a beautiful property! Gorgeous views, lovely beachfront and decking. The new flooring and updates have been duly noted and all the stocking of needed items appreciated! Fresh flowers awaited us and seamless process. Our regret only that we had a shorter stay this year. Very hard to leave! Our multigenerational family was charmed again! Thank you!

Amazing location, amazing stay!
This was everything we were hoping for and more! The house was beautiful, spacious, and in the perfect location. The private beach created the perfect environment for a relaxing vacation with my family. We all would love to return to this beautiful house again and make even more memories!

Easy access to the house, had everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of room for the 9 adults we had in our group. Had plenty of beach chairs to enjoy that fantastic view. And what's better than being less than a mile from the Ferry, restaurants, bars and shopping. Wood stay again.

Awesome spot right on the water
Amazing long weekend at the house with friends. Very spacious and clean. Lots of great outdoor space, too - we spent a lot of time hanging out on the porch and playing lawn games. 30 second walk over the dunes and to the beach. Beautiful spot to watch sunsets. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Private Location
Our annual family vacation was filled with beach time, yard time, and deck time. So much fun!

Perfect location on the beach
The location was perfect, at the end of a road and on a privacy, sandy beach with waves perfect for kids under 6. The home was comfortable and built by the family a few decades ago. There is a wide parking lot for up to 5 cars and nearby driving to groceries while feeling very quiet and secluded.

Beautiful escape!
This property was absolutely beautiful. A group of friends wanted to get away for a weekend and celebrate someone's birthday. The main living room and lofted sitting room are both perfect place for sunny cat naps. We had all the tools needed to cook our meals and sip coffee on the beach. Check-in and out was easy and the rooms were clean and tidy. There was plenty of yard and beach for our 3 year old to get out her energy. We spent the whole weekend discussing when we wanted to come back.

Our family had one of our best vacations ever staying in this beautiful unique house, just steps from the beach. The house was clean and comfortable, and the views spectacular day and night. We hope to be able to return as soon as we can!

Seaside Beauty!
We rented this property to have a family celebration weekend for a milestone birthday. It was perfect! Beautiful open communal space, well equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms....and my god, the view! Perfect perfect perfect. We had a hard time leaving but everything else was a breeze. 10/10 would stay again (and again!)

Dazzling ocean views, perfect sandy beach and dunes, great location. This is the ideal New England beach rental. The home is truly special in terms of its architecture and views. Terrific location. Love to hear and smell the ocean at all times. Extremely clean and well maintained. Particularly great number of beds/ modern bathrooms. Excellent for families. Tiffany was responsive throughout process and left us amazing flowers and culinary herbs from her garden when we checked in. We are eager to return!
