The view from the deck is amazing! We mostly enjoyed our daily walks to the beach with our dogs. Walking for miles on a mostly private beach was wonderful! The house is immaculately maintained and comfortable. An enjoyable getaway for sure.

Needs serious updating and cleaning. Have stayed in Irish Beach numerous times in much nicer homes for less money. Pictures on-line look great but in reality its all very tired looking, from furniture to bathrooms and appliances. We sent email to the contact we were given with all the issues (dirty utensils, dirty and non-functioning hot tub)and never heard anything back. These property managers know you are coming so we can't figure out why they never have a house in tip top shape. Its disappointing for sure. Not worth what we paid even with the great view

Our party of five loved our time spent at Sea B’s! The panoramic views of Irish Beach and the ocean from the deck and out several of the windows is absolutely stunning! We had the best of both worlds with the weather being rainy the first day so we could enjoy the cozy interior of the home and the fireplace. The decor is well done and the home is spacious. The couches and armchair are very comfortable and it’s amazing seeing the view of the ocean while relaxing in the living room. The following days were sunny so we had lots of fun on the private beach. The beds are very comfortable, even the twin beds, and really nice to have so many pillows. The bath towels are plush and seem fairly new. Lots of closet and storage space throughout the home. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to make our meals and plenty of room. I found the view from the end of the dining table to be most spectacular in the home and loved sitting there. Lounging in the hot tub at night to stargaze was so peaceful. The light pollution is minimal so we could see a lot of stars and planets! It’s a lovely walk down to the beach from the house, if you don’t want to drive. Irish Beach is our favorite place to vacation in CA, and this home is the best one we’ve stayed in yet! We will definitely reserve Sea B’s next time!

We love Irish Beach and have stayed in the area multiple times. This was our best stay yet. Sea Bees was perfect from everything to a fully stocked kitchen to make cookies and waffles on father day down to the dog accessories! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who is looking for an amazing place to stay!

We loved this property! It was so peaceful and the view was soo nice to wake up to every morning. We loved watching the birds and even the bobcat that came out a couple times. We drove up to Mendocino and it was a beautiful easy 30 min drive. We would definitely want to come back again!

Great location, great house! We will definitely be back. Michelle responded quickly to any of our needs.. We made daily trips to our private beach, visited the lighthouse and drove into Mendocino to get a new rummikub game that we forgot to bring. This trip was with my son and his family, but next trip will be with girlfriends.

Very nice
Possibly the cleanest house we've rented over the last couple of years. Very well equipped kitchen. Firewood supplied. Easy front door access. The deck looks new. The inside has many, many designer details. Attention to detail throughout. Views are very nice. I'm sure there is something to complain about but we haven't found it. Oh wait.....the spa produces a low audible hum as it runs. You can hear it in the bedrooms and on the deck. Easy to tune out. Would definitely come back.

Suggesting some changes
One more category that should be included in your description of a rental is the availability of central heating. Yes, there was a wood stove at one end of the house.. the bedrooms were stretched out to the other end of the house. The bed we found most comfortable for my mother (she’s 85) was farthest away. She nearly froze!
I wonder too if you rate your properties in terms of how accessible they are for a person for a person in a wheelchair.

This is a fabulous place to stay! The ocean view is endless, the surf crashing, the fog going in and out, the sun and moon sparkling on the water— a great place to hunker down and recooperate from the heyday of life.
Bring everything you need, as stores are distant with very basic contents. The breakfast and lunch at Queenies in Elk (Thurs-Sun) is the best bet for local good eating. Rollerblade down in Manchester is not as good. Great hiking at Manchester beach.
We were traveling with my 100 yr old mother, and the house was perfect for her, just one six inch step at the front door. Walkways were large for easy rolling around, bed was low enough she could access it herself. The view kept her perfectly occupied and happy.
When my husband surprised us for a two night visit, the owner was very accomodating to the extra person, even tho we failed to notify her when he arrived. The neighbor on cliff below keeps a close eye on all the happenings, so the neighborhhod stays quiet unlike some beach tourist spots.
Our only complaint was the only truly comfortable place to sit was the living room but there was not enough lighting to enjoy the room after sunset. Also the seating on the deck was quite uncomfortable with many plastic sling chairs hard on neck and barstools with inadequate cushions. We were unable to work the tv, due to our own limitations as older folks not hip to the new setup.
Overall, we highly recommend this excellent beach rental!

Perfect Week at Sea B's
What an amazing home! We spent a week at Sea B's and it was everything you hope for in a beach getaway and more. The house is incredibly comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is fully stocked and even goes beyond what one typically see in rentals, including such bonuses as baking dishes, a popcorn machine, and waffle iron. We spent hours on the deck watching the water and all the wildlife that is passing just in front of the house. Driving access to Irish Beach is a huge bonus and we often had the beach to ourselves. Stargazing from the hot tub at night is not to be missed.
The property coordinator Michelle was incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.
This house was perfect for our weeklong family getaway and we will definitely be back!

Surreal Views! Breathtaking!
We rented this home as a getaway for my mother in law (94) & my mom (81) to see each other after long , 2 year separation due to COVID timing. We live in Miami, MIL outside Sacramento. It was just what the doctor ordered for celebrating Mother’s Day! So comfortable! Living area was very spacious, the couches were perfect. Open kitchen had everything you could think of. Enjoyed breakfast at the dining table with beautiful ocean views! The home was very clean. Bathrooms were large, had nice long countertops & we loved the wall space heaters so we could warm up before showering. Beds & pillows were oh so comfortable! Let me not forget the easy access to get in/out of the house. It was so convenient to have parking right by the front door- so much easier for our moms. This home most definitely exceeded our expectations! Thanks for sharing your piece of Heaven on Earth with us!!!

180+ degree ocean views and cozy, clean home. It was really windy when we stayed but otherwise, the deck would have been amazing. We enjoyed walks to the beach but one could easily drive to the parking lot that is just steps from the beach as two car passes are provided.

Perfect for our family
We had an incredible time. Its hard to please everyone in the family, but this vacation did the trick. We rent vacation homes often and this will go down as one of the all time best. The location is beautiful. Great views all day long. Having access to the private Irish Beach made the stay that much better. We spent hours at the tide pools, climbing rocks and playing with the drift wood. Relaxing in the hot tub after a long day at the beach was terrific. The house lay out was perfect too. Everyone had their own spot in the house and we all enjoyed watching movies from their DVD library. All of us kept commenting how we loved this place. Its rare that none of us wanted to leave....We will definitely be back.

Some home repairs are needed. Slippery kitchen rug. I slipped but was not injured. My group and I are over 65 so could have been bad. Some electrical outlets aren't connecting all the way. But was still a wonderful house and great vacation. I received an email from EVOLVE saying they charged my card for a pet deposit. Stating the owners reached out and told them we brought our dog. We DID NOT bring our dog. We have a pet sitter that cost way more than the pet fee. We never travel with our dog. This is troubling because no one tried to contact us before charging my card. This could be a deterrence from renting from EVOLVE in the future.

This is the second time that I've stayed in this lovely home. We had a "girls getaway" weekend and had everything we needed. The kitchen/bathrooms do need some updates but there was a message that they will be doing a remodel later in the year - I would definitely recommend this property. It is a bit farther away from any major city, but if you're okay with the peach and quiet this is for you!

Perfect place for some R&R
Excellent experience from beginning to end. We're a family of four and this house was perfect for us and our pets. Our daughter decided to sleep on the sofa in the living room because they were so big and comfy. Views are absolutely amazing. We saw whales, quail, deer family with their fawns and even a bob cat, all from the deck of the house. Amazing private beach within an easy 5min drive. My knee gave out the day before our vacation so I was extremely thankful for the easy beach access as well as the prime location of the jacuzzi. We cooked almost every meal at the house because the other reviews are accurate about places to eat. Looking forward to our next stay! Thank you Sea B's for providing an excellent home away from home.

Irish Beach Weekend
5 adults and 2 children stayed very comfortably in this home for a weekend getaway. Dealing with the property manager was very smooth and they were very responsive to all my questions prior to check in. Upon arrival the house was cleaned but the dishwasher was full of clean dishes ( not a huge problem just a little annoying to have to put away dishes upon arrival). Also there were ants on the counter in the kitchen which we wiped up but they continued to come back. The freezer and fridge had not been cleaned very well either. Overall this house was very nice, but these few things should have been addressed by the cleaning crew prior to our arrival. Location wise, everything is faaar from the home, so make sure to load up on gas and grocery prior to arrival or you are looking at least an hour roundtrip to get supplies. The surrounding areas to eat or get groceries all close at or before 9, so plan accordingly. Overall a nice stay, but the location is really not that convenient and 20 mins minimum to nearest towns.

Easy to rent and very clear communication. The home is very comfortable. We saw beautiful sunsets, took walks around the area and to the beach, and saw a few whales! The only drawback is not having decent places to eat and no onvenience store close enough. If you plan to rent this beautiful home, take stuff with you to cook most meals at home. Overall, a very relaxing stay! I would rent this place again! Thank you!
