Top Lage. Mitten in der Altstadt, der einzige NacH Teil: Abends bzw. Nachts kann es schon mal etwas laut werden, hat mich aber nicht so sehr gestört.

We stayed here for a month and loved it. It’s a beautiful flat with a great design, very comfortable and right in the center of Setúbal. We had a cleaner coming every week which was great. It’s a perfect option if you’re looking to stay outside of Lisbon and closer to the beach. There’s a boat that can take you straight to Troia. The owner was very kind and super responsive (that’s a big plus).

I recently stayed in an apartment that exceeded all my expectations, offering a perfect blend of convenience, cleanliness, and comfort. Its location was incredibly convenient, allowing easy access to local attractions, dining options, and public transportation. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and pleasant environment from the moment I stepped in. Moreover, it was equipped with everything needed for a several-week stay, from a fully functional kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils to a comfortable living area, reliable Wi-Fi. These amenities made my stay not only comfortable but also very convenient, as I could easily prepare meals, work remotely, and take care of laundry without any hassle.

The location was ideal for us.

Falta alguns detalhes que fazem toda diferença. Pendurador de toalhas fora do box, um espelho fora do banheiro, porque se é um casal, e um esta tomando banho o espelho fica todo embaçado, chegamos e não tinha agua quente suficiente, durava somente 2 mim, é impossível duas pessoas tomarem banho, chão extremamente frio, precisa de mais tapetes, principalmente no banheiro. Aquecimento só funcionou o da sala, o aquecedor menor não funcionou, mesa de canto ao lado da cama, não ter uma cabeceira de cama, extremamente fria a parede. Ou seja, o apartamento é somente para verão. Não é aconchegante para o inverno.
