Vhanessa once again made me feel at home as she ensured to get my preferred room even when the hotel is fully booked. I especially appreciated the welcome note and sweets in my room.

Het hotel is gelegen in een rustige wijk. De bedden zijn enorm comfortabel, de kamers zijn hygiënisch en het personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Medewerkers Parth en Vhanesa hebben ons goed geholpen en gratis een kamer upgrade geboden. Erg bedankt!

The staff were all amazing, thew ambiance was very cosy and I loved the food, the club and bar and the steam and Sauna. I would definitely come again and recommend others.

-La chambre était confortable et grande J’aimerais avoir d’autres points à souligner mais mes expériences négatives ont pris le pas . - le parking gratuit

- la localisation est un peu excentré donc il faut être véhiculé: si vous n’avez pas de voiture c’est très compliqué - le personnel: à part une des réceptionniste qui a le niveau de gestion attendu ; le reste est problématique( plusieurs appelés concernant un soucis d’odeurs sont restés lettres mortes . Durant mon séjour des travaux ont eu lieu (je suis arrivé le 19 février) - du 20 au 25 j’ai eu les odeurs des eaux usées qui remontaient dès que j’allumais la climatisation. Le pic insoutenable a été atteint le 25 au soir . La solution a été de vaporiser du parfum dans ma chambre en attendant le lendemain , le parfum a tenu 10 min. Donc nuit horrible et le matin c’est à nouveau à moi d’ appeler et comme rien ne s’en ai suivit j’ai du menacer de partir pour qu’on me change de chambre donc sur 10 nuits j’en ai eu 4 sans odeurs d’excréments dans ma chambre. Même le parking avait été infesté de cette odeur un soir. On m’a proposé aucun dédommagement juste des excuses verbales alors que cela faisait des jours que je me plaignais du problème . On m’a changé de chambre( pour les 3 dernières nuits ) et je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre communicante (la porte fermé bien sur) mais du coup j’entendais mon voisin de chambre au téléphone . - J’ai aussi eu une fuite dans ma salle de bain qui a été réglé mais encore une fois , quand sont faites les vérifications. Le réseau wifi n’est pas protégé; ça me dérange car je n’aime pas trop le risque de me faire pirater; le mot de passe c’est un peu la base

Quite. Rooms are wide compared to business hotels. Carrefour, Starbucks, etc… is nearby. Rooms are cleaned very well. Breakfast is fine. Room appliances are in good condition. Free underground parking is available.

Location is far. Suggested to rent a car if choose to stay in Production city. A bit expensive, laundry service is expensive.

Facilities are very nice and the staff are so accomodating and very professional. We enjoyed our stay.

I was welcome by pretty amazing Vanessa at the reception. she gave me an upgrade to deluxe and I couldn't have been happy.Thanks for the services.Esha,Dev and Salaal were equally helpful throughout my entire stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone in UAE and tourist abroad. Will definitely come back.

Since my work was in production city, so the location was ideal. All facilities were great. Food at Wagah Border was scrumptious. Had the best Masala Chai. Staff is amazing, warm and welcoming. Esha, Dev and Vahnesa were awesome and catered us with a smile always. Will surely be going back.

Sound proofing. That's the only thing which I guess needs to be done.

Was peaceful and very comfortable. Has restaurants available a stone throw away.
