We had an awesome experience in Cocoa Beach. The condo is just as described and had plenty of room for our family of 5, plus my parents for 2 nights. Angie was a great host - very communicative and helpful.

We've stayed in lots of VRBO properties but this was one of the best. Good location, beautiful view, clean, beautiful beach and warm pool. Unit had everything we needed and provided plenty of space. For families traveling with little ones, there is a walk-in-closet in the master that has ventilation-perfect spot for a pack-n-play or crib. You can see the Kennedy space center/Cape Canaveral from the balcony. We were lucky to see a rocket launch on our last night.

Sandcastles 409 was great! Description was spot on. Easy to find and great location! We loved hearing the waves at night and waking up to the beautiful sunrises! Great short get-away with our teens. Plenty of activities nearby to keep all entertained. Also appreciated the text notification from the host about an upcoming shuttle launch so we wouldn't miss it. Will definitely be back!

Perfect location right on the beach. Roomie enough for me and my brothers to sit and recliners and chill together for 4 days. Big enough for each adult to have their own bed.

3 generation vacation and this home met all of our needs. Big enough for personal privacy and small enough to interact with the family as wanted. The pictures of the home are accurate and the views are breathtaking. It is the best place to be to see the sunrise and moonrise. We will rent again and again and again.

Our extended family group gathered here Memorial Weekend. Beach and pool were available to entertain us. The adults really enjoyed the balcony patio. The living room was spacious enough for us to bring a large playpen for the infant. The kitchen was well stocked with food preparation items. We brought our own kuerig and crockpot as we cooked all meals there. Bring your own paper products.

This is our second time staying in the same condo and will definitely stay again!! The host is so accommodating, she checked on us several times in preparation for hurricane Ian and made sure we had everything we needed! This condo is always clean and has anything you would ever need for the beach!

Fantastic Beach Getaway!
We had an amazing stay at this condo. It was so spacious and well laid out. The views from the living room and balcony were beautiful. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and had all the amenities needed for the beach. Very close to everything. The only downside for me was that the beds were too hard. Although my husband thought they were just right. I would not hesitate to book again.

Great Anniversary Get Away
This was our 52nd wedding anniversary and it was a wonderful condo. We always look for comfort and a great view. We enjoyed both. The condo was beautifully furnished and we enjoyed it very much. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Can't get closer to the beach
One of nicest places I have ever stayed at! Looking right at the ocean and hearing the waves come in as we sat on the balcony. Very clean and great communication from property manager! Highly recommend!

The condo was very clean and the place was beautiful. There were no issues and communication with the host was great. The ocean view was my favorite and my husband enjoyed the hot tub and my kids enjoyed the pool. It was a wonderful experience.

Perfect place to enjoy the beach and relax
This was the perfect place to relax with family, it had a excellent view of the ocean and watching the cruise ships and dolphins go by was a lot of fun. It was close to restaurants and shopping, The condo was very nice and spacious.

Purely Wonderful
This location, the view, and the amenities were perfect for our family! The kids loved playing on the beach in the morning and hitting the pool in the afternoon! Watching the sunrise from the balcony was peaceful and calming! One of the best beach vacations we’ve been on

Jennifer was great! The condo was spotless when we arrived. It’s decorated super cute and it’s very spacious. Beautiful view of the beach from balcony. She has all the things you could need for a day at the beach and even has a nice book made up of restaurant and activity suggestions!

Loved Sandcastles 409! Spacious, very well furnished. Family really enjoyed it, as it was our 2yo twin grandkids’ first beach experience! It cost a little more than we’d like to pay, but it was worth it! Although the unit sleeps at least 7, the owner charges extra for exceeding a certain threshold... > 4 or 5, as I recall.

The condo is one of the best I’ve ever been it is very clean beautiful view beds are very comfortable pillows are really good blankets dish is what I like the most is that they have already some food that is not in touch there is seal I like that also when you open the door in the refrigerator there was a Coke seal there was some cookies and some other stuff we love that we like it so I guess I will give a five star to all

We booked a last minute stay at this property, and could not have been more satisfied. The property was exactly as described, very clean, and offered everything that anyone could want while staying at the beach. The view was amazing. We will definitely be staying here again.
