La ubicación está muy buena, los empleados te explican todo, la atención está padre, el servicio que te brindan cuando tienes una duda; es bueno. Dejando de lado la molestia del error de la página (nosotras como turistas hicimos nuestro itinerario en base a la hora especificada en la página web, llevándonos la sorpresa de que era a las 12pm) nos hicieron el favor de mantener a salvo nuestro equipaje sin ningún costo adicional.

El aire no funcionaba al inicio, pero en menos de media hora lo pudieron solucionar, el lavamanos estaba un poco sucio cuando llegamos y estaba una toalla al lado de este mismo, no supimos que pudieron haber limpiado con esa toalla. La hora de check out en booking.com no corresponde a la real, dice 12 am, pero tienes que irte a las 12 pm.

Casa De Leyendas exceeded our expectations. It's located in the historic center, which is an ideal place to stay if you'd like to experience authentic Mazatlán. The staff is SO kind an accommodating. They have beach towels/umbrellas/chairs to lend you for the beach and the free breakfast is delicious.

I wish that people travelling with pets weren’t subject to crazy increased rates when humans are often way way worse guests!

We had a great time at the hotel due to it's awesome location, helpful staff and delicious food and drinks. I'm amazed at the well kept manner of the common areas.

My issues were the bedding sheets were not a clean as I would expect when we arrived. That said, the maid service did come in and changed them to fresh sheets during the middle of the trip.
