Location was perfect. Close to the lake in a beautiful tree lined street. Cafe and pub just down the road and I short drive into the city. Facilities in the house were immaculate, very presentable, roomy and comfortable. It has a great back yard with an entertaining area and an undercover enclosed verandah. Unfortunately we did have time to make use of these but these would be great to use in summer.

I found the hot water tap in the shower a bit temperamental but no one else complained about it.

It was comfortable clean and omg the best bed's ever slept in 👍

Yapera on Lucan was the perfect home for our family Easter weekend in Bendigo, and to celebrate our sister’s belated milestone birthday. The home exceeded our expectations in cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail; the photos on Booking.com don’t do it justice! We loved the friendly neighbourhood moggy that greeted us each evening looking for cuddles 🥰.

Regrettably, we did not receive a full refund on our damage deposit due to the laundering of one of the bed coverlets. This may be subjective, but the laundering of a coverlet to me does not constitute damage, rather part and parcel of the service when offering up your home for accommodation. We were mindful and extremely careful during our stay to take care; however, we believe our son had a sneaky Easter egg in bed and inadvertently soiled the coverlet. The cost of laundering was $150, which seems overly expensive. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and a reminder to ban chocolate in bed in the future 🤣.

Comfortable, roomy, so much more then we thought it would be. We needed rear access and owner was down to unlock gate within half an hour

I thought the bedrooms were beautiful; I liked the furniture, decor, linens etc. I appreciated Murray showing us around the house when we first arrived. We appreciated the milk and Tim Tam's left in the fridge for us & the kitchen knives were super sharp! It was nice to have several spots to sit in the back garden - dining table and bar stools. The table tennis was fun, our kids enjoyed that. The location was very central - we enjoyed walking in to town and to the lake.

It would have been nice to have some plastic cups for the kids and perhaps some children's DVDs.

Beautiful home in an ideal location. Wonderful amenities and functionality. Would definitely stay again.
