Nice hotel in a good area, short walk from attractions. Clean and almost no noise from the street. Host was helpful and responsive when we had any issues or requests.

Room was a little small but serviceable.

Good sized rooms, large seating area. Nice large bed.

Small bathroom, intermittenet internet that kept dropping off ( Room 4) so had to work at reception desk and TV had poor connection too.

All was great. The room is super big, high ceilings and very clean. Has a cute balcony and I really enjoyed it. Just the shower was falling apart but I told the guy he needed to change it and I am sure they will.

You never see any employee- EVER…This is basically a self service place. You do all of it. You TEXT them via an app and never see or speak to anyone.

Wasn’t aware you can’t eat in room so we had to eat out everyday. Hard when kids are always hungry.

Nice sized room, really clean, well maintained and comfortable beds. Good comms with detailed access instructions from staff prior to arrival.

Aircon in bedroom was very noisy so not useable at night.

it was so incredibly noisy at night with the road down below, that we could not sleep until after 4am and then woke up only a couple hours later as the noise grew louder once again 😖

Good location one street from the sea front but some distance from the centre. Everything as described. Very clean and comfortable. Great local facilities right on the doorstep including shops, cafe and laundry. staff very friendly and helpful. Taxi rank very close by.

It would have been nice to have some cutlery and crockery as no breakfast supplied and if you want to eat something there is nothing. Also could do with an iron and an ironing board.

The building was an antique-traditional building, but the room was new, clean and finely decorated. If you go during autumn or winter the neighbourhood is not so cheered up.

There is no common areas (as it is only the rooms) and there is no breakfast available.

Everything good I like this place

This is a very nice and convenient hotel within perfect walking distance to the the Lungomare and the Mergellina metro stop. Hidden within an ordinary building is a wonderfully clean and quaint 4 room hotel nested on the first floor. Check-in was seamlessly done online and through instructions/coordination with the property manager (remotely) when I arrived. I stayed in Room #1 (Matrimoniale Deluxe), which was the perfect size for one or two people; it spacious enough to be comfortable. Modern interior, plenty of storage space for luggage, and a very nice bathroom with good water pressure. Each room has a small balcony that can be utilized, supplied water and espresso each day, and very respectable Wifi all within a very reasonable price-point. Ease of access at all times of the day with a provided key to the main door and keycard access to the Hotel lobby and your room. In room AC/heat unit works well and was a nice addition during my stay. As there are only 4 rooms, housekeeping is prompt at 10:30 and finishes quickly while keeping the rooms very orderly! Would consider stay again when I am in the area next!

As this is a shared building, it is a little difficult to find because the entrance is not very clearly marked. If you look to the second level, you can see the Logo on the windows, but the main door is only denoted by the name on the door buzzer entries.

Really close to the US consulate (our reason for travel) and in a nicer area of Naples

No breakfast provided and no kettle and tea/coffee facilities in room which was disappointing for the price, it would be really nice for kettle etc to be provided in room and there is plenty of space for it. Noise issue - walls are thin and lobby is very small and rooms are directly in front/next to the entrance door, meaning we were woken up in the night by people entering the lobby area.

Great location, close to old town and port. Very clean rooms and helpful personnel.
