Breakfast was a standard continental. Alright but nothing special

Everything was on point , it was clean, friendly people at the reception, room was clean and very comfortable bed

Very modern and elegant, my husband loved the rainforest shower head. The bed was extremely comfortable with lots of space.

The waffle maker needed non stick spray so breakfast was lacking. Also the bedroom needs more clothing storage.

Breakfast was basic and decent. Very polite staff

The coffee/hot water maker had a lot of left over coffee ground particles from previous users.

Very clean facility, really liked it there.

Too expensive. Lower the price a bit.

L accueil aucun sourire télévision qui fonctionne pas ds les 2 chambres se faire dire qu on va nous rembourser car ils n ont pas d autre chambre et garder le dépôt de sécurité la manager qui refusait de nous parler au moment de la cancellation et le lendemain mais après plusieurs plainte elle appelle et nous ment car le dépôt de sécurité a été changer la personne a l accueil qui nous menace 2 jours plus tard de nous changer 1 nuit plus le dépôt de sécurité les draps avait des y’a he’s d huile dessus et dans les coins de tapis des miettes au sol

Check in was quite smooth and the room was ready when we came in. Breakfast was appreciated and the room themselves were comfortable. We needed to get to the Canadian Tire Centre so the location was perfect, with a car.

very clean , modern

only thing is the toilet was not properly secured to the floor. it was moving when you sat down. I advised them on check out.
