My wife and I and another couple stayed 5 nights at this great place while we dd bike riding on the Trail of the Coeur d'Alenes and Route of the Hiawatha. The accommodations were excellent and a very quiet location with close access to the downtown area and Tubbs Hill. We'd definitely stay there again if back in the Cd'A area.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is very comfortable and well appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of parking on the street in front of the house. There are many touches that make you feel like you are in your own home. It is only a short walk to the lake and into the very cute town. There is a great binder in the kitchen filled with tons of information on what's around and things to do. We really appreciated all the great suggestions. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in CDA!

What a lovely welcoming home. Located within walking distance to everything. Well stocked with all our needs. Cute comfortable home. Wish we would have stayed longer. Beds were comfy also. Can’t wait to come back.

This house was the perfect stay for our group of 6! Beautiful rooms, fun pool area and peaceful outdoor seating spaces in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to walk to the park and downtown.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Little house. The house was the perfect location to bring my East Coast family to experience the PNW. The location and the house layout was great for 6 adults. Brandi went above and beyond when we ran into flight issues and was able to accommodate us best she could. We will for sure be back!

This is a perfect home base for visiting CDA. Within walking distance to downtown, Tubbs Hill, CDA resort and beach. The house is clean and the beds are very comfortable. Enjoyed use of sitting areas in the front and back of house. The neighborhood seems very safe. This is a great place to stay.

we had some issues with how the TV's work, and initiallylogging on the website. the network name wasn't properly ID'd. we were going to BBQ but the Weber had a rusty grate. didn't want to take a chance. other wise this was the most well equipped VRBO we have ever stayed at. it had everything in the kitchen, bath, beds, which were really comfortable. its 2 blocks off Sheman Ave. where all the great restaurants and shops are.
the Resort is right there too. tool an easy hike around Tubbs hill. when I startred I saw 4 and 5 year olds finishing up so I knew I was good. once they tighten up the electronics this place is great.

Beautiful home...very cozy vibe! Every room nicely decorated. Close to dowtown. Snow kept us from enjoying the outdoor firepit but the pooltable definitely was a treat while indoors. Absolutely loved this place and our stay. Owners communication was outstanding from begining to end. Will def seek another visit. Highly Recommend!!

Wonderful property in great location.
Beds could use updating- mattresses are uncomfortable. Kitchen could use a few larger bowls, etc for larger parties.

We enjoyed staying at this house so much. It was beautiful, clean, plenty of kitchenware, plenty of towels, the location was beautiful in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to town and the lake. Easy access to the interstate. The family room with the pool table was a big hit. Our 83 year old Mom enjoyed the downstairs master bedroom and walk in shower. No issues at all!

The house was just perfect! My parents that are in there 80's stayed in the bedroom on the first floor. The place was decorated very nicely. We enjoyed the backyard which was awesome. We had a wonderful stay here. If we ever go back to Idaho, this is where we would stay again. We walked downtown everyday, just a beautiful place.

Fantastic stay! We loved the setting, it exceeded our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood. The neighbours on either side were super friendly.
My sons and I were competing in Ironman CDA and it was perfect!!! Quick access to the race venue with only a short 15 minute easy walk.

House was perfect for my family with 3 adult children. Enjoyed the backyard living space, game room upstairs, and beautifully appointed house overall. Great location to downtown, city park, either beach area and 3rd Street water front. Hosts are excellent to work with and created a notebook guide for the house and local activities that was well prepared. Thanks and hope to return next summer.

This property was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and spacious. The house has a very inviting feel. The back patio and front porch were both nicely done and very peaceful. The location was wonderful - close to downtown shops, the lake and the park. We rented three VRBO’s in the area for our wedding and this was by far our favorite. Thank you Brandi for everything!!! We will definitely be back.

Lovely home and great location!
Had a wonderful, relaxing stay over Christmas in this beautiful cottage. House was clean, comfortable and well equipped which allowed us to easily prepare meals and enjoy all its amenities. Great proximity to the lake for an enjoyable hike!

We had a wonderful stay. Great location, nice property amenities. Charming backyard, nice porch area to hang out. Pool table up stairs is a bonus. Great access to both downtown, Tubbs Hill, and the lake. Owner very responsive when we had any questions.

Loved our stay!
This home is in a great location and served our family well. It's a short walk to downtown CDA and the upstairs was perfect for our son to get ready for his wedding with his groomsmen. The pool table was great for them to use to pass the time until the "I do's"! We would definitely stay here again.

Graduation Week
We were in town celebrating our nephew’s graduation. Loved this home, very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Super location- walking distance to downtown also hiked Tubbs hill a couple of mornings. We will be back!

Lovely, comfy home
Our family of four adults stayed at the Little Casa for four nights. We were seeking a clean, Covid-safe place to get a change of scenery. We had a great time. The home was perfect; everything we needed was there and more. The nearby town and restaurants were great and the people were so very kind and welcoming. The host communicated everything we needed to know and she obviously put forth significant effort to ensure guests are comfortable.
