the location was excellent! The kitchen layout and lounge area was excellent

The dishwasher had not been emptied. There were no hand towels or bath mats. There was mould in the some of showers and one of the ensuite showers did not drain whilst showering. The oven glass was dirty from previous use. After repeated contact and requests, no firewood was provided.!!!!

There was no breakfast supplied The showers had very little pressure and were quite dirty mould evident on the tiles There was no contact details available to advise issues which required a drive to restaurant After details advised to manager no action was taken There was a security issue with the Villa

High winds on one of our nights created some drafts through the house and the wooden doors would knocked against the door frame. Green glow of the wifi extender in the upstairs bedroom was very bright at night when trying to sleep (unable to turn off)
