The hotel is a short (few minute) walk to Tokyo Station. We had taken a few side trips during our stay in which we took trains/busses in the morning. The location was ideal for that. Otherwise, many subway lines run nearby and the hotel is still in walking distance to certain attractions. The room was very clean. We had four twin beds (for a family of four). As expected, the room was very tight. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms which was helpful. The staff was excellent.

The breakfast buffet was very limited.

So close to the train station. Clean. Helpful staff. They even had cool Pokémon gift bags for each of the children. It was also great having two adjoining rooms.

We chose the breakfast voucher option at the shopping centre across the road, and there were many choices there. Location was very convenient as wel.

Room could have been a bit bigger but we had three singles in the room so it was understandable that space would be at a premium!

Wonderful staff. Very helpful and friendly. The rooms don’t have much room for luggage but we don’t travel lightly. Comfy pajamas and great bathroom and other amenities. The location is very convenient. Breakfast was convenient and more than adequate. Staff made sure food containers were refilled when low. Very clean hotel!

Coin laundry is very convenient but they only have 2 machines for the entire facility and it was very busy. However, having the coin operated laundry was nice.

The room are considerably big for Tokyo. We have 2 single beds and the size is equivalent to super single size. Enough space to roll in 3 mid size luggages. They provide pyjames, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, tooth brushes. You can also get disposable shaver, shower cap, cotton pads and ear buds, rubber bands from reception area. Location is fantastic! 5 min from Tokyo station and Ginza line. Lots of food variety around. Great morning coffee places around as well. Surrounded by family marts and 7-11. Hotel offers complementary hot and cold drinks until 2200 daily! Small snacks provided as well. There was a rainy day when we were there and the hotel offers complementary umbrellas for day use!! Best of all, the staff are all so friendly and approachable!

Only thing lacking was there isn’t a luggage stand or an area for us to leave a luggage open. We have to use part of the table top as luggage space.

1. Location is superb. 350m to Tokyo Station with JR access to Disyneyland, airport. 450m to Nihombashi subway access to get you easily to Ginza, Shibuya, Shinjuku. Great access for bus stop : airport limousine both from Haneda / Narita, Mt Fuji, Japan historical museum. 2. Close proximity to shopping places e.g Daimaru and Takashimaya for last minute shopping. 3. Surrounded by many options of F&B. In front of it there is cozy breakfast place if you choose outside hotel. 4. It accomodates 5 people in one room. Very suitable for family with young children. 5. There is service of free drink everyday 10am-pm + microwave. Very convenient to warm your rice bowl if you get it from Lawson etc. 6. Easy check in and check out via machine. Make it no hassle.

1. There is limited capacity for breakfast from hotel. But you can easily get it from anywhere else conveniently. 2. Check out time at 11 AM.

When I checked in, the key cards I received were not ready to open the room door, so I needed to go down stairs to ask one of the staff to reset the key cards, which made me late for my dinner reservation at the Tokyo Skytree Tower. I was a little sad that day…

The facilities were new and well maintained. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was in good quality. It was near Tokyo Station, but it was still very hard to find the way to the hotel with kids and luggage; we turned out taking a taxi from and to Tokyo station.

The room was too small! I could hardly open my suitcase. To avoid opening the luggage and look for the things inside, my husband and kids skipped shower that night! I would rather stay in a hotel further from the station and have more space as I need to take a taxi to the station anyway.

Very expensive for one night

Good location - short walk to Tokyo station or Ginza subway line. Close to convenience store, coffee shops, restaurants. Clean, functional room, small but well thought-out use of space. Good bed, decent bathroom. Staff very welcoming and helpful with directions and bag storage. The free sodas etc. in the lobby is a nice touch.

Perhaps carpets in the rooms rather than hard floors would reduce the noise between rooms/floors. It wasn't intrusive, apart from when some thoughtless guests let their kids run up and down the corridors :/ but it was noticeable at times. Other than that it is a fantastic hotel and we would definitely consider it should we return to Tokyo.

Arrived Haneda - took monorail and Yamanote line to Tokyo station… Very easy walk to Karaksa - helpful staff - Clean - very comfortable beds - modest inexpensive breakfast offered / or voucher to use at neighbouring cafes… Great value. Perfect for a first night late arrival in Tokyo on route to Nagano following morning on Shinkansen from Tokyo station.

-화장실, 욕실, 세면대 분리된 점이 무척 좋았습니다 일본은 보통 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어 있지만, 특히 화장실을 방 끝에 두고 욕실은 문을 닫아 독립한 공간으로 둬서 정말 청결했고 편리했습니다!!! -바닥이 마룻바닥이어서 청결, 깔끔했어요 카펫이 깔린 호텔방은 좀 찝찝한데 바닥에 뭘 흘렸는지를 눈으로 확인할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. -방 컨디션이 좋았어요. 지은지 얼마되지 않은 것 같았고 또 관리가 잘 되어 쾌적했어요 -가격이 착했어요. -역에서 가깝고 아침 일찍 나리타익스프레스 플랫폼까지 간단한 짧은 동선으로 움직일 수 있어 대만족이었습니다! -아침식사를 박스에 넣어 방으로 가져가거나, 아침 일찍 체크아웃할 때 가져가서 기차로 이동 할 때 먹을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 이런 배려가 좋았어요. 도쿄가면 또 방문하고 싶습니다 :-)

- 아침식사가 조금 더 일찍 이용가능하면 더 좋았을텐데. 6시나 6시 30분 정도 아침식사를 시작하면 일찍 체크아웃하는 여행객이 좀 더 여유를 갖고 식사할 수 있을텐데요. - 창문이 고정되어 있어서 창문을 열지 못 했어요 환기를 할 수 있게 창문이 열렸다면...하는 아쉬움?
