clean, spacious, very well equipped, very helpful hosts

So comfortable and spotlessly clean. Excellent quality bedding, facilities, shower, shutters etc - much better than many hotels. Hosts were very welcoming and provided great recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing etc. We also appreciated the coffee, water and biscotti they left for us! The property exceeded our expectations and I would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Parking—there was free parking if you could find it but being in the city center that proved to be a bit of a challenge

The location is central to everything needed for a comfortable stay. An excellent cafe/ patisserie, supermarket, bakery, marcelleria and restaurants and quality takeaway food are at the doorstep. The hosts, Vanda and Endrio go out of their way to welcome and cater to your every need.

Beautiful apartment, solid price.

The apartment lost power and we couldn’t check in until 6:30pm. Power wasn’t restored until 8:45pm.

The Cagliari Magica is a lovely and spacious apartment - nicely decorated, very clean, very well equipped! The hosts are helpful and friendly - waited for us with keys and Easter treats:) It was a pleasure to stay in such an invitnig and beautiful place. Next time in Sardegna - definitely in Cagliari Magica!

the apartment was very clean, in an excellent location near everything you need. the apartment was nicely decorated with a nice view, double glazed and with air conditioning. The owners were also very nice and friendly. I’d be happy to stay here again

The host was very, very kind - gave us lots of advices and quickly answered for all our questions and issues. The apartment was perfectly clear, roomy and quite new. View from balcony, and bedrooms was great. The closest beach is quite small and chamber, but apartment is well communicated (20 min by bus) with the 30 km of Poetto beach.

Our bathroom was quite small, which has impact for its arrangement - everything was on place, but it was not perfectly comfortable to take a shower. The apartment is dedicated rather for more than two people, so if you rent it being a couple or single, some of the space (second bedroom and second bathroom) will be unused.
