Roaches. Dirty sheets. Owner failed to communicate after I brought up the issues. But she still sent staff to collect payment.

The reception was open when we arrived and there are many security guards around the property.

The room was dirty. There was mold in the bathroom and it smelled very unhealthy. The AC did not work properly and there were cockroaches in the room. In general, the photos are not accurate! Worst night ever, luckily we only stayed one night here. Would definitely not recommend staying here!

Para empezar diré que las zonas comunes huelen entre humedad y orina. Las habitaciones tambien tienen ese olor, ademas de estar sucias y sin ningun cuidado. Sabanas manchadas con gotas amarillas y manchas de sangre, el sofá sucio, paredes con restregones, la cocina daba pena del mal estado y el baño con la taza del vater rota y salian cucarachas. Añadir que no tiene una cama en sí, sino que es un plegatin de un sofá- cama que se te clavan los muelles en toda la espalda. Para acabar, decir que el personal no es mucho mejor, llegamos por la tarde y ya nos habian avisado que no habria nadie en recepcion asi que al dia siguiente teniamos que hacer el pago. Pues bien, la chica que trabajaba estuvo picando nuestra puerta de la habitacion en dos ocasiones para que le pagaramos con una riñonera con el dinero. No se qué pensaria pero lo normal es que al hacer el check-out pagues todo lo que queda. En definitiva, no recomiendo para nada este hotel. Pagué la habitación más cara para tener comodidad ya que veniamos de un viaje largo y no pudimos dormir ni descansar. Demasiado caro para lo que es

Расположение хорошее, в 10 минутах торговый центр SM, до Ayala минут 15. Если вы хотите пошопиться, то на пару дней можете здесь остановится. Бассейн в здании работает до 18:00, есть еще бассейн на улице - до 21:00. Много охраны) Если вам нужно такси, то можете обратиться на 1 этаже к ним. В сезон дождей такси поймать сложно. До Ayala поездка выйдет в 65-70 песо.

Муравьи, мелкие и больно кусаются. Ночью пошла в туалет, а там ящерица. Ну и на последок тараканы возле мусорки. Поэтому через 3 дня было принято решение переехать в отель на Лапу-Лапу.
