Clean room, facilities are complete, worth the price

EVERYTHING. FROM THE CARETAKER, BED (WITH BUGS), LINEN, PILLOW, TOWEL, COMFORT ROOM, NO STABLE WATER IN THE BATHROOM (ALSO, SLIPPERY AND DIRTY) , UTENSILS, COCKROACH INFESTED, DUSTY AIRCON, EVERYTHING IS DUSTY. CHAIR IS WOBBLY. CHECK IN TIME WAS NOT FOLLOWED, WE WERE CHECKED IN LATE AND WAS DISTURBED TWICE (1. SECURITY PERSONNEL WOKE US UP AT 6AM TO COLLECT THE PARKING FEE 2. KEY CARDS WERE COLLECTED BEFORE CHECK OUT TIME AT 10:20AM — MIND YOU, CHECK OUT TIME IS 12PM). NEVER AGAIN!!! ROOM: 11D AND 11E

Good location. Room was clean. We’re satisfied.

Elevator traffic, but not all the time. Okay lang naman. Timing lang siguro na maraming tao.

Has what a normal full furnished condominium would. 2 beds that’s enough to fit 4 people easily. Has a sofa too! Was looking forward to the pool hence I booked this place, was not disappointed. Though they only limit to have 2 person in the pool tor renters for 2hours. Owner was also kind enough to keep me well-informed. Close to fast food chains, restaurants, a bank so you wouldn’t go cashless if needed.

Although there was a tv available, wouldn’t be able to use it since it wasn’t intact with any signals/wifi. Better bring your own HDMI and laptop/ USB flashdrives if you want to use them.

It was old roms and bad toilet , svømming pool was ok , playground was old and have to reperer it 😞 so the foto lay , comper to how it look at the place no.

The earya was ok , easy to get taxi

Location was good. There's a 7 Eleven at the vicinity of the building.

Spotted around 4 small cockroaches on the floor

Great room for a group/ family. Also Riza is very accomodating😊.

it could have been better if your hot shower is working, a burner for cooking not working, exhaust not working, disappointing.

The Location there’s 7/11 right down the building and it’s close to everything like laundry fast foods and specially the nights clubs

I was on the 43 floor and every time I had to wait five minutes to get in the Elevator and also the staff he was kinda rude when I told him when are you gonna clean the room it’s been few days nobody knock the door for house keeping he responded to me angrily I was knocking at the door like 8 and the morning and today but nobody open the door. I was like are you kidding me I always wake up early in the morning I never heard someone knocking on the door 😡

Our first night was not good. It's not clean, a lot of cockroaches. It's disgusting. Smelled bad when we first came in. There's a broom but no dustpan. The refrigerator is dirty. The toilet was clogged. The brush for the toilet bowl is so disgusting. There's a trash can but no plastic. I didn't really sleep because I ended up killing all those cockroaches climbing on the wall and running on the floor. I texted the host right away from around 9:30pm to 10:00pm. She replied to me that she would have to move us to another room tomorrow. The second room was okay but there were still cockroaches, but not as many as the first room. My son, who is afraid of cockroaches, is sleeping with a "baygon" spray next to him. A few things that need to be addressed for the first and second room we've stayed in: Please clean the room very well before the occupants arrive. Please fix the toilet paper holder, change the brush for the toilet from time to time, leave some extra plastic for the trash to change. The trash can is small and he gave me a big plastic bag. Please spray the room with Lysol to eliminate bad odor. But it's still a nice place to stay. The wifi is fast. I can say it's excellent. Besides what I've described, the room. The host is very responsive. She did great and helped us to make our stay comfortable. She's nice and friendly.

No closet

I like that it has the basic facilities needed for a family e.g functioning kitchen with utensils, refrigerator, water heater and etc. The room is air conditioned and it has a television with Netflix. I also like that it has free access to the swimming pool from 7am to 8pm, one just need to bring its own towel.

1. Internet connection - I don’t like that their internet is unstable. Its connection is also not that strong so if plenty gadgets would connect sometimes it won’t work. 2. Trash bins - I find the bins that they have too small for people in large numbers staying in the accommodation for 2-3 days. 3. Foot rag - They only provided one on the door near the toilet and bath. I suggest they provide at least 3 (1 for the entrance, 1 near the kitchen sink and 1 for the t & b) 4. Bad smell - The room designated to us has a foul smell upon entering. We had to spray perfume just to cover it. However, the smell remains. I suggest they provide air freshener. 5. Elevator - The elevators does function well. However, there are times when it takes time to arrive. 6. Lobby - I find their lobby too small to cater to large number of guests.

no towel, no toiletries, no cabinet. I contacted them twice asking and requesting for towel but no response at all. also, before the check in time I asked them if what time we can early check in f its possible, they said 1pm. When we arrived there, we waited and ask us to just go back to the lobby and wait since they don’t have the beddings yet. Knowing that the elevator was taking too long.

Nothing to be honest

So many to be fix like the the socket,toilet shower is full of lime scale,faucet is not working. I was with 2 guess just to help us bring our luggage but I was charged 200 pesos per head even just for staying for a couple of hours. It was not even declare when I booked. Not recommendable.

We liked that the owner is responsive to our concerns. We booked a room good for 3 people but we were checked in a room good for 2 people only. So we were moved into another room hoping that it will be a bigger room good for the 3 of us but we were moved in a room with a smaller bed and an extra 1 inch thick "foam" almost a mat which is not even comfortable to sleep in. The CR also has no light. We no longer bothered requesting another foam or requesting for the CR's light to be fixed since we really want to rest na.
