The kitchen
The Host accomodated us on smaller room which has only 1 bed. We book it for w beds originally.

Nothing the place was the worst
First we got there at 2 to check in and had to wait then they took us to the 11 floor and all the way to the end put us in a small room and the ac didn't even work well. When I paid for a suite with private pool and two queen beds . We were given a room with one full size bed and it was so hard omg. And a bunk bed. Second there was only one plate in the kitchen and we booked a room for four. There was trash everywhere. And the pool was on 9th floor and very bad. The room I booked was to have a view of ocean bur one I got no view at all.i put a room description in one of the photos so you can see what I paid for verses what I got.

Wonderful staff and online support was answered promptly. Thank you JDT's for providing my family with beautiful accommodation.
I would have given 10 stars but unfortunately pool was only open for guests for very limited time. Apart from this everything was great.

The room was changed when we check in. Also, the payment was cash only which i didnt expect.

Dirty room, leakung water, BUGS in the room, too soft bed - terrible!!!!!!, stench, too little plates, dirty bath room, dirty jug jettle, no furtinure for clothes

Personal was so kindly
The Room what i book on Internet was Fake. The Pictures of the Room are scam. I book this Room about was so colourfull but the Room what we becomes are not Like that. I ask the Personal about that. They say this Room are only Pictures for the Internet side. Sorry but this is scam at the customers.

I like the place and its amenities.
We checked in 30 minutes late because the owner was unsure where to place us. The kitchen was flooding. The kitchen wares were dirty and rusty. The owner was unresponsive.

The room was had roaches, the couch was broken and there was plastic on the ceiling duck taped and painted white

netflix was probably shared by many rooms, when we tried to use it, it says "being used by another"

The gentleman who came down to meet us and was polite and showed us thing the room and how to access wifi. Air con and WiFi worked well. Building was in a good location with a lovely pool.
We weren't told that we needed to pay in cash only not card. I received an email from the owner day before saying they'd meet us in the lobby but we had to phone for them to come meet us with the key. As an international visitor I would have been stuck without a local SIM.
The room is also different to the one in the picture - no seating area, plainer presentation, no storage to unpack clothes. I also found the mattress uncomfortabl.
