O espaço era razoável, localização excelente.
Qualidade das toalhas. Pessimismo Wi-Fi, tinha sinal de Wi-Fi, porém não tinha conexão com a internet. Fato de ter que todos os dias solicitar alguma toalha que esqueceram de repor.

La ubicación estuvo muy bien, sólo eso.
La señal de internet era muy mala. En la web de booking aparecía gimnasio y fue uno de los principales motivos de mi elección. Al llegar me dijeron que hace años lo cerraron porque las máquinas estaban muy viejas. Pregunté dónde estaba la terraza que mencionan en la web de booking y me dijeron que no había terraza. La tv era antigua y no tenía posibilidad de ver Netflix ni Youtube. Los corredores estaban demasiado oscuros, casi todas las luminarias las tenían apagadas para ahorrar o porque no reemplazaban los focos quemados. La ducha tenía el piso resbaloso, no tenía alguna manija de donde agarrarse, era muy angosta al cerrar la puerta corrediza de vidrio. Los accesorios del baño estaban todos flojos desarmándose. Cobraron toda la estadía y un poco más, dos meses antes de la llegada al hotel, y fue muy engorroso gestionar para que devuelvan el exceso del cobro. El personal nada atento. No regresaré y no lo recomiendo, una vez en Mendoza ví hoteles más bonitos y de igual precio.

Good breakfast and friendly service. The hotel was very centrally located with nice restaurants nearby
Pillows were a little uncomfortable and parking garage is small with lots of tight curves. It’s also not guaranteed parking

The hotel is located next to the main square in Mendonza, it is possible to go to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets walking. The hotel is new, the bedrooms are comfortable. The breakfast is ok, there is not many options but the options available are good.
The Wi-Fi connection is poor. I had an issue with the connection in my bedroom and the front desk did not help me, they were kind of rude, telling me that the Wi-Fi was working properly there and that I may not have any issues in my connection too. Took more than 24 hours for them finally understand that the connection was terrible and help me.

The room was dirty when we checked in, the floor clearly had not been cleaned both in the room and the corridors. The sheets were also dirty. The breakfast was average and we were never offered the hot breakfasts, we stayed 4 nights!
Great location but this is a very poor 3 star hotel.
