We enjoyed our week at the beach! Condo was wonderful we enjoyed the patio pool and ocean! Very peaceful area and a lot of nice places to eat and enjoy drinks and seafood. Some things need to be fixed at condo the shower curtain needs to be changed it’s gross on the bottom and when I removed the beddings the mattress pad has a big stain which should be addressed. Other than that that we will def rent this place again.

We had a wonderful spring break! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. You can’t beat being steps away from the beach, enjoying the pool, fishing off the pier, walking to fine dining, etc. We hope to book this condo again next year!

Spacious and comfortable condo. Good location. Wonderful, large pool. Well appointed kitchen. Hot shower (although the dual showerheads were puzzling). Close to the beach.

Our family had an AMAZING time!!! We came from Pittsburgh, and we came into a cozy place for our week. A minute walk from the beach! Such a BEAUTIFUL beach & love the area! We would love to book again!

My husband and I recently stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! It was really nice being so close to all the shops and beaches. The comforter on the bed was a little dirty and the shower curtain was messed up. But other than that, this was a really nice place to stay!

Rental properties have gone crazy in price over the last couple of years, but we found this property with a great price! We are used to staying at oceanfront properties but this one had a beach access nearly right outside the back door, which was awesome. The kids loved being so close to the beach and having a pool not too far as well. It was clean and nice. We love the community. Check in and out instructions where clear, concise and easy! For sure would stay here again.

This condo is in a great location, easy to get to and right across from beach access and the trolley line! It also has a nice heated pool as well as some nice common areas where you can grill. This being said, there is a lack of detail that keeps this condo from being top notch. Simple things that can/should/need to be improved upon. For example: first impression - although overall it seemed clean, the main door coming into the property was dirty on the outside like someone had spilled something on it, a portion of the floor inside was dirty (looked like something had been sat on it and left behind an imprint), there was a small wad of toilet paper with something on it in the shower and it was dirty under the furniture. Things that could easily be remedied by having a little more attention to detail in order to make a first impression a good one. Other examples of lack of detail: Lack of hooks in the bathroom (literally one hook) to hang up towels, swimsuits, hand towel, etc. Lack of shelf space in the shower (one small shelf for soap, nowhere to put your shampoo/conditioner, etc.). Lack of seating and/or stool in the shower for those that need to sit and/or shave legs. Lack of long enough shower curtain (it barely reached to cover the shower opening so water does not escape underneath). Lack of extra blankets. Lack of coasters for your drinks. Lack of instruction on how to use the remotes (there are remotes that go to nothing). Lack of correct instructions for when cable goes out (ours went out on 2nd day and instructions stated to pull the power supply on the box - there wasn't any box or it was so well hidden we couldn't locate it). Lack of having what is stated as "starter" items actually there (we had one roll of half used toilet paper and dish soap that was very watered down). Side note: The one thing in the instructions it did say to do, is if you have a problem during your stay, to call the management line. We did not for a couple of reasons - first, who wants to wait for maintenance to come and second, we personally did not like the thought of maintenance there when we are not. To that end, if we would have called I am sure the cable would have been fixed and maybe we would have gotten the 2nd roll of toilet paper that it stated in the information we should have. All in all we liked our stay, but it could have been better!

Great condo in a great location - right across the street from the beach.

Enjoyed the front porch ate out there quite often. Condo located right in front of beach access. Inside was very spacious. The condo is one of the nicest one bedroom condos that I have stayed in. The owner and us had great communication. The grounds and amenities were awesome.

Property is conveniently located right across the street from beach access. Salt Rock Grill restaurant is a 5 minute walk and was an absolute favorite! Rental is nicely equipped, though we were out most days and didn't need to utilize the kitchen for more than making coffee in the mornings. Would recommend to others and look forward to booking another stay in the future.

The condo is in a great location. Just a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Love the patio, great place to sit and relax. The king bed is very comfortable. Condo has everything you need.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. There was beach chairs and toys for the kids that we weren't sure would be there. There was plenty of restaurants and events to do locally all week. Will surely stay again.

This was our second stay at Barefoot Beach Club, same condo as last year. While we love the location of Barefoot Beach and hominess of the Club itself, this unit is lacking. Two couch pillows are missing buttons (one more than last year). Bealls has them on line for $10. The bath towels are small bath towels and thin, similar to what one would find at a cheap motel. There were three beach towels, two not up to beach par. Last year we arrived to find some of the dishes dirty; similar condition this year. While a king size bed is wonderful, this king bed needs a new mattress. Most of these items are easy, inexpensive fixes. Have rented the unit for two weeks next year, but may re-consider.

The listing has awesome glamour shots. The unit isn’t that big or clean. The pull out couch bed is so bad a 15 year old that sleeps on hotel floors chose not to sleep on it. You can not beat the location. The kitchen is serviceable. The bathroom did not meet my expectations, not clean or updated. No real storage for toiletries. The master bedroom was very comfortable. We made a mistake with our reservation and the property manager worked with us to fix it. He was excellent. All in all it is only comfortable for two people.

We stayed for a month and everything was great. Nice place, right by the beach and close to lots of shops& restaurants.

We were disappointed because we spent the first hours of our precious vacation to clean the bathroom. The toilet and the sinks were not clean and there were hairs on the showers floor. In the kitchen some glases were not clean and in the corners was dust. The person who cleaned this condo did not a good job. The condo is good located near to the beach and the arrival procedure was easy after a 24 hours trip.

After day 2 I was looking to book the same space next year. After day 4, with my original issues not resolved, I’ve changed my mind. If not for the short, uninterested responses by the property manager I probably would have recommended the property and returned myself. The door lock was difficult to figure out and no instructions were provided. Could have been a quick call to resolve but was instead multiple emails back and forth with 1 sentence responses, I eventually gave up asking. The shower and shower curtain are moldy (pictures were provided). A new shower curtain was dropped at the door, while we were there, for us to change ourselves. The cleaners were unavailable to come out for 3 days until I escalated to a new employee with iTrip. I regret not doing sooner. On that note, I recommend escalating rather than wasting days corresponding with Kathy Collins. Specifically with D106, there’s limited supplies in the kitchen (no vegetable peeler, tongs, baking sheet) so plan ahead. Also the fold out couch folds out to an angle. My girls chose to sleep on the floor until we could buy an air mattress. The condo, furnishings, location and porch were really great. In short, if you don’t need to report any issues or ask for help you could have a vacation worth repeating.

The place was filthy. There was mold in the shower, cereal in the pull out sofa and behind the couch, dirty floors and the mattress pad was stained with body fluids.

Wish the weather cooperated a bit more, but that's on Mother Nature!. The unit was nice. It would be nice if the floors were washed. I love going barefoot, and had black feet by the end of the day. Even with my socks on..very dirty. Couch could be more comfortable. Very quiet though, was nice not to hear "neighbors" while in the condo. My husband loved sitting out on the patio in the morning, having his coffee, and chatting with passersby. All and all it was nice, but cleaning could have been a bit better. Not crazy about the double shower heads. Great area though.
