Nothing good to be mentioned at all

Reception staff were bad. There was confusion with the prepayment made. Reception staff act as police guards at a prison. Mr. Mohit is a bad example of how management of this hotel has come to. Three years ago this hotel was at its best and staff were friendly. The new management team put their comfort and convenience as their first priority

We paid in advance but they got a mix up and wanted to pay them again. The breakfast is terrible and does not worth 10% of the price The staff at reception is very bad and seem to hate customers It was a terrible experience that will never come back

Service was fentastic especially bar

It’s a clean hotel, nice location, nice and polite staff, especially the 2 Filipina ladies at the counter, and the Manager too was really helpful. And nice pool too.

I do not usually write negative points about the hotels, but in city Max, I experienced some negative things like the AC wasn’t working in the beginning, the fridge also was not working, but these two issues were immediately solved as soon as I complained, thanks to the manager, he really helped for the AC issue. The bathroom door lock was very difficult to use, but I didn’t complain about that.. nice me But the most disliking thing I felt was when I asked for two extra blankets and they said that only one was allowed in this hotel !! this is the first time it happened to me in any of the hotels, really disappointing.

Location, Rooms were good, neat and clean, the breakfast was excellent.

No sign for parking so had to park on the side of the property, as the frontside of the hotel the parking was full, only when I entered at the front desk, I asked if there is a parking facility o was told there is parking in the basement

near to corniche area.

Every things exactly as described. I have stayed here several times now and the staff are exceptional. I also love the convenience of having a licensed bar and Asian resto on site. Free large parking is also very convenient.

The hotel exceeded our expectations as for the staff they were really friendly and helpful. Special Anglia and the security guards were expantianal helpful we will definitely stay there again.

Our bed was broken but once we informed the staff we got new one and the hotel water wasn't working properly from t he being but it got fixed.

Cleanliness and affordable. Has a good swimming pool. I prefer to stay here every time I visit Ras al Khaimah.

Great modern hotel, good location, very comfortable and super clean rooms, excellent gym and swimming pool, free parking - all the necessary amenities are there. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facility was clean.

Bathroom door lock was not working properly. The coffee ordered from room service was served too cold and lastly had requested for cotton bud which never came !

No slippers to walk around the room anyone planning to stay there should bring thier slippers with them
