Kay homes is such a little gem in that area. The rooms are lovely, and the pool area is amazing, but it's the staff that makes Kays Hones extraordinary...their hospital and care for us was extraordinary!!! Every staff member went out of their way to be thoughtful and mindful of making our time in RAK special. Truly was such an unexpected treat! Thank you!

Our weekend at Kay Homes Villa was awesome! The kids had a blast, and it was so much fun. Big shoutout to the hotel staff—they really made us feel at home. Chef James was incredible! He made us a delicious birthday cake and decked out our room. He even came by personally to check if we needed anything else. We totally recommend this place for a family getaway. It's a real gem with friendly staff and great facilities!

Have celebrated my birthday here. The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and car can be parked near to the room. So it’s easy to unload stuffs. We have booked for chalet (103) with pool access. The receptionist (MOHAMMAD) was very friendly and professional. He even helped us with our request (late check out). I would highly recommend this hotel.

The modern facilities and reception service

I really enjoy my stay, the food was very good, the hotel prepare a complementary breakfast for us,it was a surprise. The staff are great, and I must say it is one of the best place I have stay.

The location was not ideal. Motel location but hotel feel. Could use a single hotel manager to keep everything in sync and focussed. The busy road that you sometimes hear

This hotel is a hidden gem. We stayed in the cottage room with a direct access to the massive pool from our terrace. The room is beautiful and really well equipped with beds, sofa, decently sized mini fridge and large bathroom with a walk in shower. I loved that the swimming pool is just out there and you can dip in whenever it occurs to you. The staff were amazing - we received fruit platter and Karak as welcome, both the guys in the reception as well as the team in the restaurant were super attentive - and made us feel very welcomed. The food was very good and with good prices. I like the location, just 5 mins driving is a public beach (in front of the Sea Breeze buildings) where we love to go and in the same time it is very easy to get from Kay Homes to the main RAK street and to the highway. I also appreciated that the security of the establishment was great. Some guests were a bit noisy in the night in the pool (the pool is open 24/7), we called the reception and the security came immediately and asked the guests to keep it low - so no worries, your relax in Kay Homes will not be disturbed.

Everything was great and we will be booking again.

The arrival treats,, it was a nice surprise. They put for us a fruit salad , cold drinks baskets and a karak tea. Also they offer us a complementary breakfast. The staff were very kind and generous. Also the reception was answering my calls all the time and they were very helpful. On check out also they gave us some cookies and muffins and 2 bottle of water and a tissue box.

The room was very relaxing. And place was very peaceful. Thank you to all staff of the Kay homes from reception to house keeping. sorry I forgot your names. They are all very accommodating. Very nice experience. Hospitable staffs

The property is spacious, fairly modern and clean. The villa has a private pool. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a supermarket and a mall close by. There’s also a beach not far away.

The villa that we stayed accommodates 6 guests. Only 2 pool towels were provided. There is no mat at the pool door leading into the lounge. Tiles are slippery when wet. There kitchen wasn’t adequately stocked for a self catering property.
