This house is stunning - truly has everything you could want for a wonderful family vacation. There are many bedrooms - each with its own unique personality. The kitchen was spotless, had all new appliances and had everything you could want for cooking fabulous meals. The house has games, charming books everywhere, bikes to use and is located in a lovely spot near Falmouth beaches and also to Main Street in the town. Anne is a wonderful host and was always available to answer any questions. We had a wonderful Christmas here - I loved this home!

My wife and I are experienced VRBO users. With that in mind, this wonderful and gracious home in Falmouth was one of the nicest, beautifully decorated, well-equiped properties that we have ever stayed in! To begin with, Anne, our Hostess, was not only kind and helpful, but she was very quickly responsibe. The house itself is about 4,000 square feet, has 4 usable floors, 4 main bedrooms with an attic which is decorated and allows sleeping for at least 6 adults/children. The furniture is high quality, the kitchen fully equipped, a back patio with nice big, teak table, firepit, and Weber grille: all ready to go!. The basement has a TV viewing area with chairs, ping pong table, and a large table with benches for children and games. There are innumerable numbers of games and also good quality mountain bikes, and even 2 kayaks! The property is amazingly convenient and close to downtown Falmouth and the campy community of Woodshole. All in all, an exquisite and outstanding home with best-quality Hostess: we will be back!

This beautiful home has so many features and amenities that everyone in our family (toddler, parents, uncle, and grandparents) had an enjoyable visit. The house is in excellent condition with a high-end kitchen, lovely decorator details, and lots of amenities for fun for the whole family. The layout is spacious and comfortable for a group. We loved the inlet within walking distance where our toddler went swimming, and we returned at dusk to relax on a bench and soak in the natural beauty. Anne even provides kayaks to use at the inlet. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and within easy reach of restaurants and shopping, beaches, walking trails, and the ferry to Matha's Vineyard. Anne was very helpful and easy to reach when we had questions. This is an outstanding home, and we look forward to coming again!

This property in Falmouth was as advertised! The house was very clean and everything was in great working condition. The atmosphere was very welcoming and had all the comforts of our own home. The host Anne, was very good about answering any questions we had and was attentive to our needs. I noticed this property is very kid friendly and had many activities for children even though our group was all adults. Great location as well, close to the ferry and shopping. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy some time on Cape Cod.

This was our families first time on the Cape and we not only had an amazing experience but the hospitality, cleanliness, spaciousness, and accessibility of the home made our trip top notch! Anne shared great tips for places to visit and restaurants to try. The check-in and out process was seamless and there is more than enough amenities and supplies at the home - more than any other vacation rental we’ve stayed at. Oh and the decor is spot-on! This home is perfect for a family gathering of any kind. The house has all the amenities you would need for a getaway if any kind. Spacious, with bedrooms to accommodate small or larger groups. The outside patio was a great addition to enjoy the nighttime fires, and yard space which allowed for the traditional family cornhole tournaments. The owner was so helpful with any questions I had, quick to respond! Home is convenient for trips to other cape towns, attractions and beaches.

This is an excellent place in which a family can spread out and get together. We almost wished for bad weather so that we could spend more time inside.

This house exceeded my expectations and was the perfect place for my family of 10 to create life long memories. The host could not have been nicer. The house was immaculate, spacious and so beautifully designed… the play room and upstairs loft were an added bonus! Would definitely stay here again! Was so sad to leave!

The property exceeded our expectations. I honestly have never stayed in a property that had everything you could possibly need from kitchen items to toys for a wide range of ages. The location was perfect and we went to 4 different beaches all within 10 -15 minutes. Our biggest regret was not staying longer.

The photos of this house don’t do it justice - as soon as you walk in you feel at home - clean - every room was stocked with necessities enough to last 3-4 weeks ….with books and games for all ages, .Hostess , Anne W. was so helpful and accessible at all times - highly recommend this experience

Anne was a tremendous host and this house was the ideal spot to gather some family over Christmas. Immaculately clean and cozy - imagine it would be terrific in the summer months also.

I have nothing but exceptional things to say about this property. It was stunning and spacious and the pictures in the listing don’t nearly do it justice. We stayed here for Thanksgiving and it felt just like being at home with how well-stocked the kitchen was. The bedrooms were perfect for our group of 6 adults, we didn’t end up needing the top floor bunk room. The location was perfect in a great residential area close to grocery stores and everything you could need within close proximity. There were also countless games, crafts, books, and even some DVDs which were all very thoughtful details. I’d say the only small thing that would’ve made our stay even better would have been some standard toiletries in the showers and maybe a second blow dryer, but obviously I wouldn’t consider any of those drawbacks, just things to note so you know what to bring. Anne was incredibly responsive and got back to me quickly when I messaged her with a couple of questions prior to our stay. Truly can’t recommend this place enough! Based on all of beach towels, kayaks, beach accessories, etc we saw throughout the house and in the garage, we will definitely plan to come back in the summertime to enjoy it to the fullest!

My family and I came to the area for a wedding and this house was absolutely perfect! My daughter LOVED the playground and we enjoyed hanging out on the deck and the fire pit. The house is beautiful and clean and we and a great trip.

We were a group of two families with three children aged 4 and under. This house was exactly as advertised! Beautiful, spacious home! A short drive to the beach and Main Street. Wonderful experience dealing with Anne - she was so thoughtful, leaving out toys, books etc for our children. Would highly recommend this home!!

The house is beautiful and the location is great. The kids had a wonderful time playing in the little inlet beach a short walk away, and it is a short drive to a few other beaches. We also loved the playground and outdoor shower! The house is extremely clean and the owner was great and very communicative.

This property is fabulous...more beautiful and welcoming than the posted pictures!! The owner provides so many activities for the family...books, games, toys and even a playground set for the littles as well as anything adults or older kids need for the beach or outdoor activities With all the household amenities available, it was like staying at a luxury resort but better because it’s a private home. Plenty of communal and personal space for our group of 10. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here!!

My family and I loved this rental! It was decorated so nicely, had great kitchen amenities, and plenty of play areas for kids. We would come back here again anytime! Anne was a great host and always answered my questions so promptly.

Had a wonderful family vacation week here that went very smoothly. Very good communication and easy checkin. Very clean property with even more features than we expected - like the firepit, and things for the kids - high chair, books, pack & play etc. Would strongly recommend, we are very thankful!

Beautiful, spacious home! We had 8 family members staying here and all had our own space. The kitchen had everything we needed and even though it rained most of the time, there were plenty of board games and even a ping pong table to keep us entertained!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this house, which easily accommodated two families with younger kids. The finished basement/game room and top floor bunk room allowed the children to spread out and play without being underfoot. They loved the puzzles, games, and books--and especially the backyard playset! The adults enjoyed a modern kitchen with every tool needed to prepare meals for a crowd. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. It was thoughtfully decorated--the photos truly don't do this home justice. We enjoyed both the inside fireplace (gas) and outside firepit (wood). All of this tucked in a quiet, convenient location. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful property! We loved the home we stayed at, the kids had a great time up in the loft area or in the game room. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Anne was very helpful and was in constant communication. Our family and friends enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back next year!

Miss Anne was a thoughtful host who had great Melissa and Doug activities for my 5 year old waiting in the game room. The house was immaculate with top quality appliances (we usually cook when we travel as opposed to eating out), stylish decor and all the extras you didn’t even know you needed or wanted. There are actually 2.5 bathrooms in this gorgeous home, not just the one listed in the description. The fourth floor bunk room was incredible with window seats that were so relaxing. The outdoor shower was an added bonus too. My kids enjoyed playing on the swings set in the backyard and the adults enjoyed the fire pit stocked with two bundles of wood and kindling, outdoor patio for cards and dining. We didn’t want to leave. Location was within 20 minutes of all the activities we wanted to do (Shining Sea Bikepath, Highfield Garden, beach, etc). Would highly recommend this 4,000 square feet of home away from home! Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

This home was perfect for our extended family to spend our summer vacation together. Everything and anything we needed was available in this home. The kitchen was fantastic (as we love to cook) for cooking and serving. The outside patio and fire pit is so comfortable for after dinner gatherings . The owners were great to work with and we hope to to be able to return to this home for years to come!

We had a great time. The house is awesome, it had everything you could need. Lots of space so kids could be upstairs or in the basement, the adults in the kitchen or sitting room. I loved the balcony and outdoor shower. We highly recommended it.
