Beach Front On Beautiful Jenkins Pond, Quiet Neighborhood, Everything Nearby
Hauts plafonds avec poutres apparentes et chambre à l'étage mezzanine avec vue sur l'étang. Deux chambres supplémentaires sont au premier niveau. La suite / salle de loisir de niveau inférieur dispose de deux canapés-lits jumeaux pour une capacité de couchage totale de 8 personnes. Il y a deux salles de bain complètes, une au premier étage et une au niveau inférieur. Les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans le salon et la cuisine donnent sur la plage dans votre cour arrière. Le rez-de-chaussée a un curseur de sortie qui vous amène à la terrasse en bois inférieure et à la douche extérieure. Il y a beaucoup de fenêtres dans toute la maison qui offrent beaucoup de soleil. La grande salle de jeux / belle suite au rez-de-chaussée est équipée d'une télévision à écran plat, d'une grande salle de bain complète / buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse de grande taille, ainsi que d'un coin salon privé à l'arrière.
Le pont supérieur s'enroule autour des deux côtés de la maison avec beaucoup d'espace pour profiter d'un barbecue en plein air.
Revenez d'une journée à l'océan et sautez dans l'étang ou prenez une douche extérieure chaude.

Location was ideal. The view of tranquil Jenkins Pond was certainly a highlight as was our daily swim. 2 year old absolutely loved the clean shallow beach.
Family of ducks frequently entertaining us as was a heron appearing in the morning.
The Beach House itself is spacious and well equipped.
Lisa the host and owner was a pleasure to work with and very responsive.

My stay started off with a phone call from Lisa 4 days prior to my departure. She wanted to get me acquainted with the property and see if I needed anything before my stay. I have never had this experience with a host before and I was super impressed!
My crew arrived Thursday evening and we cozied up in the living room to rest for the weekend ahead! We were able to get a great night sleep on the comfy mattresses before a full weekend ahead. We enjoyed meals, drinks, and snacks on the lovely wrap-around deck overlooking the pond, and some friends in the group enjoyed a refreshing late-night swim. The house was about a 10 minute drive from all attractions we would need to get to. When you first arrive you might be worried that you are a little "out there" but do not panic! Everything was conveniently located!!! The house was situated in a quiet neighborhood away from the busier main road. Lisa checked in with us throughout our stay and was a fabulous host. My husband and I plan on booking for a family vacation next Spring. It is the perfect stay in the Cape!!!

My girlfriend's and I always do wkend getaways together and we had such a great stay at Lisas house! The house was perfect and was decorated so pretty like in the pictures. We enjoyed a few cocktails on the huge deck that had amazing view of Jenkins Pond. Had a great dinner at The Flying Bridge which Lisa recommended!
The property was just what we were looking for and needed for our wkend down the Cape! Lisa was great and quick to respond tho we didn't need much, we would love to stay again!

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. The view of the lake is spectacular. The house was super clean and the hosts reached out early to make sure we were set with access to the house. I would definitely stay there again.

Our family gathered here for Christmas this year, and had a fantastic time. Such a beautiful location and large flexible space to bring us all together for a very special holiday weekend. Very clean and well appointed, complete with a cozy gas fireplace and amazing views of ducks and foggy mornings on the lake. The host even put up decorations for us! 🎄Wonderful spot.

We stayed off season, end of September. We weren't able to take advantage of the pond, kayaks, paddle boards or the deck, hammock or swings - given the cool, rainy weather.
None of that distracted from our enjoyment of this comfortable home at a beautiful location.
We're knitters and readers and would have loved great lake views with lighting and side tables to indulge our pastimes.
Lisa raised the bar for effective, proactive communications and the stay was great - reservation through check out.
Agree, the mattress could be better (bedroom across from the bath).
Would welcome the opportunity to stay again.

We stayed at Lisa’s home for a family reunion. It was perfect for that! The rest of our family was next door in Lisa’s other home. Lisa was very accommodating she even offered to let us come early to avoid traveling in a hurricane! After canoeing around the pond we decided this home is the best one! The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pond are just spectacular and we didn’t see any other houses like that!

My family had a wonderful time at Lisa’s house! It was clean and had every thing that we needed! The views are absolutely stunning and the neighborhood is great for biking and walking with kids. The lake was absolutely perfect!

We all love staying on a pond. We swam, used the kayaks and paddle boards, and enjoyed all those fun experiences. They are in good shape and easy enough to bring to the pond. The house was clean. For us, the best features are the living room and deck where you can sit and see the gorgeous pond. The view is fantastic. The beds were not good for us. They are short and small for a couple to sleep well together. I ended up sleeping on the floor with a mattress from a fold-up bed. So, our sleep was not the best. This is the only drawback of this gorgeous property in a prime location.

This cottage on Jenkins Pond is beautiful! It was so clean and spacious! My daughters and I enjoyed every nook and cranny on the property, so many spaces to relax. The pond was so clean and refreshing. Lisa was a great host, she was a text away if we needed anything. We had a great time and made some new memories! We would definitely go back to this spot!

I came here with my husband, 2 kids and my mom. The home is beautiful and the lake made is so nice for us to relax and hang out. The water was perfect! The neighborhood is beautiful and secluded while being close to everything you need. Plenty of room for everyone to stay! We we’re very sad to leave!!!

I can’t say enough about the great experience we had at this property! Lisa went far above our expectations helping us with check in time as we were traveling with two little ones from a long distance. The location is beautiful, and the property was perfect for our family. We definitely hope to stay here again.

A beautiful setting with a view that was the definition of autumn in New England. Felt tucked away and quiet, yet was only minutes to the village, restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful home with Jenkins Pond right in your backyard! My 19 month old grandson loved playing by the water and digging in the sand. We made use of the kayaks & paddle boards. Great location, close to downtown & beaches.

The proximity right down the hill and views of the pond were wonderful. We really enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards the host made available, and the sandy beach was perfect for our toddler to splash around in. Lisa was great at communicating with us and check-in was easy. The kitchen was stocked for cooking. The lack of AC was rough on a few hot and humid nights though, and the beds were not very comfortable. Other than that we had a great time.

Best Cape VRBO find ever!
This welcoming home is exactly as described, beautifully decorated and sparkling clean! Our host, Lisa contacted us before arrival and responded immediately, during our weeklong stay. Lisa clearly takes pride in the property, and in providing a comfortable stay for guests. The open layout, wall of windows and connection to deck provided a view of a pristine, swimmable, fresh water pond. The home provided ample space to fit our family comfortably. We loved the Falmouth location - a short drive to highly rated beaches, shopping, restaurants, and ferries to the Vineyard! Note: Ceiling fans circulate the air but if A/C is important to you, there is none, and the house could be warm on a hot or humid day.
We voted “Jenkins Pond” as one of our favorite Cape experiences. Definitely would like to return to this rental again 🌸 Thank you Lisa, for a comfortable stay and memorable week 👍

June stay for our daughters wedding
We only stayed for 3 nights to attend our daughter’s wedding. The house was super clean and comfortable. It overlooked a beautiful pond and had a great deck for relaxing. Would love to go back and spend more time. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful House on The Cape
We found a treasure! This house is beautiful, clean and well appointed with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. We booked for 6 adults who were accommodated comfortably. Whether you intend to stay in and enjoy the spectacular views of the pond, trees, birds and chipmunks, maybe play a board game, take a walk around the neighborhood or head into town for plenty of yummy dining options and lots of shopping…this is the house to stay at! Lisa was a wonderful host who answered all my questions in an impressively quick manner. She was helpful, kind and really made us feel at home. We had the best time!

4 Moms in need of a getaway!
Had a lovely weekend relaxing at this adorable Falmouth home. We had everything we needed (kitchen items; linens etc)! Short ride to Falmouth Center - but honestly spent most of our weekend at the house on the couches chatting, drinking wine and looking at the great view! Host was great- Friendly, easy to reach and communicate w ahead of time. Great experience!

Great Welcoming Property and Hosts
This house was the perfect place to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. Super clean, comfortable and contained everything we needed in an organized and welcoming environment ... even a welcoming bottle of wine from the hosts to kick off the celebration!! So many nice touches around the house make you feel right at home and the layout makes the waterfront view the star of the show. Short rides to the ocean and stores with lots of options. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ... thank you Lisa for a great experience!!

Beautiful home in a great location
This property was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for me and my girlfriends (aged 26-33) to celebrate my birthday. The decor is adorable, and the view of the pond from the porch is stunning in the morning. It was our favorite place to sip our morning coffee and eat some breakfast before heading out for the day. The house was very spacious, with plenty of room for all 8 of us gals to spread out. Very well stocked cookware, and nice toiletries in the restrooms. The house is a very short drive to Main St, where there are plenty of great restaurants varying in price range, as well as cute shops. Also a short drive to take the ferry over to Martha's Vineyard. Overall a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this property!

Stayed here during a girls get away. Home and view were great! Easy access to restaurants, stores and local sights/activities. Lisa, the owner responded very quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Beautiful spot!
We loved our stay and the water was perfect for our 15 month old. He was able to walk in quite a ways as it was a nice gradual entrance. There was a nice walk around the pond that we did daily, you can do with a stroller as well. My only wish is that there would have been any amount of air conditioning - even just the bedrooms!

Excellent Location!
This is a perfect location for Cape Cod! Beautiful home on Jenkins Pond. Relax on the pond or drive a couple miles to the local beaches. You can even jump on the Ferry to Martha's Vineyard for the day. So much to do for a Cape vacation! Highly recommended.

Perfect spring getaway
This property was perfect for a long weekend away to rest and relax for our family. The house is gorgeous and had everything we needed (and more!). It was chilly while we were there so the fireplace was wonderful. Lisa was attentive, kind and made the entire rental process smooth and effortless. We look forward to returning in the summer months when we can enjoy the outdoor deck, pond and near by beaches.

Perfect Getaway
This house is right on a pond and even though it’s the off season we loved the serene views from both inside and outside. Double decks, a huge basement/playroom was what my kids needed when we were home. Such a convenient location! We were thrilled with our experience!
