A beautiful beach house right on the pond. We all enjoyed our week’s vacation tremendously. The house was nice and clean, and had all the supplies we needed to spend the day at their beach. The house also had great water pressure which is always appreciated. Julie is such a wonderful host, very accommodating, and quick to reply to messages. Thank you for the chance for our family to create these lasting memories!

We had such a great time at this house. It had everything right there, it was such a peaceful and relaxing time. The lake was so fun! The boat was perfect for little trips out to fish. The kids loved the quiet neighborhood for bike rides. It was such a great trip! Would definitely stay again.

The fact that this is our 6th time staying at this property says it all. Every year gets better. This house has it all.. location, toys, space, AC. Our growing family is creating core memories here. We love being on the pond and having the beach and the kayaks and the hot tub and the firepit. On the rare occasion we do leave the house, it is close to the beach and shopping and town. Honestly this house checks every box you would want.

This is our 3rd stay at this property and again this time it was perfect. There is plenty of sleeping space and amenities, beach and pond with kayaks and floats just made everything perfect!!

This is the fourth year in a row my family has stayed at the lake house. There are 12 of us, ages 65 through 6 years old. Everything is perfect and our hostess is absolutely wonderful! We look forward to our Cape Cod vacation all year long. It feels like home now. My granddaughter says the Cape Cod vacation is her favorite holiday, even better than Christmas!
The house is set up beautifully for a crowd with a large living room and a game room in the basement for the grandkids to play. The lake water is very clean and it is warm. The fenced in yard is also very nice and makes it very easy for the parents to keep track of kids and pets.
I already miss drinking my morning coffee on the deck looking out at the lake. It's a beautiful place to stay and relax.

This lovely house by the lake comes with every possible implement to play in the water from its own private beach. Fire pit, billiard and ping pong table allowed for fun evenings together. The communication was with the owner and very efficient as well as pleasant.

Wonderful location, clean home, plenty of beds. Right on the lake with boats, kayaks, floats available at the home. Julie has excellent communication and even notified us the property would be available early check in day. Close to ice cream/downtown area. Would stay again!

Our family party of 10 had a wonderful time at this property. The deck views were amazing. Lots of entertainment with pool table, paddle board and kayaks. Plenty of space for us to be comfortable in. The water access was awesome and we appreciated the fenced in yard. We would highly recommend.

My family had a fantastic week staying here. We had 4 adults and 5 children under 13 and a dog. With 2 living areas and decks It was spacious enough for all of us.
A beautiful location quiet yet only minutes away from shopping/restaurants.
We enjoyed fishing, making s’mores, sand castles and much more. We plan on making this a yearly vacation, but next time we want to go during summer to take advantage of the water more.

Got a few friends together for a golf weekend. Stayed here and it was everything we wanted and more! Great location with a nice private beach on a fresh water lake. Plenty of bedrooms and beds, very clean and close to all amenities and golf courses. Communication was great with the owner. I highly recommend staying here!!

Our friend group has been going away each summer for the last several years. Our kids range in age from 1-8. We enjoy cooking, swimming and relaxing. This location allowed us all of those things. It was easy to get to, and with the pond on site, our little ones had access to swim and play on the sand without having to trek to the beach each day. Quick drive to Woods Hole which is a bonus if you want a day trip. Julie was great with communication and her home is lovely! We had plenty of space for our group. A perfect summer getaway!

The outside living of this properly is fantastic for all ages. Toddlers, preschooler lived the shallow water and sand play, teenagers spent all their time kayaking and fishing, adults loved the upstairs deck and plenty of Adirondack chairs everywhere! The inside is tight for the number we had and a few rainy days did not help but we found other things to do. It could have been a little cleaner; don’t look under the beds! But overall a wonderful property for a large crew!

This is our 6th time staying here and it never stops amazing us. Our group has grown and now we have toddlers and infants and it is perfect for them. The sandy beach area is perfect for kids to play and swim. The outdoor shower is perfect for everyone coming off the beach. The house has so much space to spread out with the deck and yard and beach with two floors of living space we were never on top of one another. There is everything you need at this house but if you wanted to leave, ocean beaches, and shopping are all within a 10 minute drive. We plan on coming back next year!

This is our third summer in a row here. It is the most relaxing place on earth! The house is the perfect size for our group of 12 and a dog, The yard is fenced in so the children and dog are free to play outside whenever they want without much adult supervision. Both the lower deck and upper deck have an unobstructed view of the yard and access to the lake is fenced in. The lake is warm and has a gentle slope. There is a stream that the grandkids love to play in and everything, Silver Beach, The Knob and the bike path, are within an easy drive. My favorite thing about this rental is that it is the perfect place to relax and spend time with my family.

We just checked out from an incredible 3 night family vacation! This house was perfect - plenty of space for our extended family of 14 - adults, teenagers, kids and babies! The house was very clean and fully equipped with anything we could have needed! The private beach out back was a HUGE plus! We had a couple of questions for the owner while we were there and messaged her through the VRBO app and she responded very quickly with all the information we asked for! I highly recommend this property and I’m sure we’ll rent here again in the future!

We had a great weekend stay and loved the home! It had everything we needed and we all felt very comfortable. The home is much bigger than it looks in photos and everyone could spread out and relax. The location is beautiful overlooking the pond and we enjoyed the hot tub both nights. Check in was easy with the key pad and Julie responded quickly when I had questions leading up to our stay. Would love to stay again during the summer to take advantage of the outdoor space more.

Julie's house is amazing! My family and I spent a weekend here and we didn't want to leave. The location was perfect for our large group ranging from age 6 months to 70 years old. The house was very clean and had everything we needed from towels, linens, floats for kids and adults, Adirondack chairs, a grill, hot tub, games, pool table, fire pit, grocery store 8 mins away, etc.. We were able to just relax and not to have worry about a thing. Jenkins pond is in the back yard and was the nicest pond ive ever been to with nice & clear water. We spend the whole day there going from the pond to the hot tub. We ended the day watching the amazing sunset and making smores in the fire pit. This is truly a special place. We created lots of amazing memories during our stay and can't wait to go back. Thank you Julie for being so easy to communicate with and letting us stay at your beautiful home!

We loved our stay. The house is really nice and more than adequate (6 bedrooms) for our vast crew of people from 6- month to almost 70- year old! One small thing missing is a washer and dryer; se did go to town just once and were all set.

My family and I (and our dogs) stayed last year for Labor Day weekend and decided to come back this summer for a week. It was even better than we remembered! Beach in your backyard, close to town. fenced in yard, hot tub, game area with pool & ping pong! There is honestly something for everyone to be entertained. And the house is so clean and well cared for!! We will definitely be back again!

This house has everything you could ever want! Cleanest pond right in front of your house, beach 5 minutes down the road, 5 minutes to everything in town and not to mention CENTRAL AIR. This is our 5th time staying here and every year it just gets better. The view from the deck at sunrise or sunset is heaven.
This was our first year with children and the pond was perfect and easy for our group. Julie has excellent communication and is very helpful if you need anything. Don't wait and book your trip here.

Perfect vacation
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and plan to come back next year. My grandchildren love the beach and swimming, our dog loves being able to play with the kids in the fenced in yard and my adult children begin relaxing the minute they walk in the door. There is plenty of space and beds (our hostess even had a clean bed for our dog) for our family, the house and yard is spotless and the neighbors are friendly. We love it and plan to return and make more family memories.

We stayed at Julie’s house for a long weekend with the extended family of 8 adults and 6 kids. The house was great and was well equipped for all of us. Great Lake House
This house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It has a beachy feel by the pond, plus hammock and hot tub. The house itself has a large common area and six bedrooms, great for getting together with friends.
It was also within 20 minutes of kayaking, beaches, and restaurants.
It's also great for dogs, and has a well fenced in yard.
Overall, a great time and would recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Cape.

Great Labor Day Getaway
What an amazing home! Myself and my extended family had such a great long weekend at the house. It is a place for one stop entertainment. Right on a huge pond, secure fenced in yard for the dogs, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, card games. You don’t even need to leave! The way the bedrooms are laid out are also perfect for multiple families to share the house. And even central air! We loved it so much that we already booked for July 2022.
