I liked the cleanliness of the dorm and the terrace. It was very fair to the cost that I paid. There was a lift which was very welcomed..Normally dorms doesn't have lifts..

The water refilling didn't happen..Even after communicating, it didn't fill up The common room was little dull in terms of lighting and ventilation. Electricity cuts were very frequent which lead to having my bath in cold water twice.. There were many times in a day when there was no one at reception.. Suggestion: Also staff should organize something on the weekends to maintain the hostel vibe for solo travellers..then only lot of people will select Blue Jay than Zostel, Moustache and others

清潔で、トイレとシャワーが別 トイレットペーパーがあり 冷蔵庫は壊れていて、残念だったが、冷たい水は、かくほできる。 なんと言っても、一階のフリーエリアの居心地がたまらなくよかった。

カーテンがレールごといきなり落ちたこと。 怪我がなかったから、よかったが、安全のために修理をする必要がある

Unhelpful and un friendly staff. Not hot water in showers. Dirty bathrooms. Badly run "restaurant" All activities advertised, not available or any attempt to help with local area.

The staff at the Hostel Blue jay in downtown tapovan Rishikesh were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful, and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through Rishikesh

I loved my stay. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.
