The Host was very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. We traveled during the Shravan thus there were lot of travelers to Rishikesh but Deepak helped to organise appropriate travel and local logistics. The vehicle and the driver were clean and safe.
The caretaker was respectful, prompt and helped to organize breakfast and connect with local guide.
The cleanliness in the lobby just outside the room. Bad leakage and stinking water flowing.
We spotted rats outside the kitchen of the main resort...thus we chose to eat outside!

Excellent Apartment with surreal view of Ganga.. Clean washroom

The location is good and the view of the 2BHK was awesome! The apartment had all the amenities and Mr Sashi the housekeeping Manager and attendant Sagar Singh were very responsive. Overall an unforgettable experience at a very reasonable price.

Such a cheap management that they asked for parking fee at exit despite highly overpriced tariff.
Shockingly tasteless buffet. Worst breakfast of my life. Everything was absolutely rubbish. Burnt or bland. Even dosa, omelette and coffee sucked!! I couldn’t believe they charged so much for that crap. couldn’t consume a single item of the menu. Left everything on the plate. Spoiled my mood for entire day.
Limited access to certain guests, those staying in flats are not allowed at certain areas.

1. Old furnishings and electronics.
2. Old window AC making lot of noise...was not able to sleep

4. Wifi did not work at all...inspite of multiple requests to make it work
5. Exorbitant food price...not worth
6. No room service ? That's ridiculous
7. No breakfast included even though room tariff is quite high

The hosts are very responsive , helpful and warm. Beautiful location, amenities, comfort and cleanliness. It has everything to rejuvenate in a weekend break 😊

The view of Ganges was amazing as well as the interiors.
It was too pricey

- Patio restaurant and service (Suraj was excellent)
- Club room with good facilities
- The apartment we got was not very well maintained (we only found out on arrival that it not serviced by the hotel, but by other individuals managing the apartments)
