Amazing location and view. Great restaurant attached to hotel. Brilliant service from staff, especially daily room service. Lots of places to sit and admire Ganges. Executive rooms are nicer than they look in the photos.
Pricey compared to all other stays on our trip. However, Rishikesh is more expensive for hotels. Also it's in a brilliant location and view is stunning.

Beautiful view from the balcony with most of the local sightseeing places at a stone's throw distance.
The staff was very good, courteous and attended to any issue, if pointed out. We had asked for extra linen and a mattress and they provided it promptly.
The rooms were clean with a decent space.
The food was amazing - we had breakfast and dinner, and I can't complain about anything from that.
The staff even arranged for a river rafting experience that was definitely appreciated.
Recommended!!!
Breakfast was mentioned to be included in the booking tariff but the hotel didn't have a buffet so we had to pay for it. (the website and the hotel need to sort this out)
There were some stains in the bathroom, so it could be a little cleaner.
The kitchen opens at 08:00-8:30 am, so any morning trips have to be planned accordingly.

Location is good. Rooms are good and very well maintained. Staff was very friendly

The property is located at one of the best locations. Near Ganga ghat and near major Aarti point. Good view of Ganga from Premium rooms. Nice open balconies for sit outs and have food or enjoy tea overlooking Ganga river.
Doesn’t have escalator for old people who can’t climb stairs and for physically challenged to go to the higher floors. Ground floor was messy because of kitchen renovation and other work but this we knew before we booked the property so no complains
