Cette superbe maison de vacances de luxe récemment construite avec six chambres, six salles de bains et demi peut accueillir jusqu'à 19 personnes. Il est situé au deuxième rang de l'océan à Sea Pines - à quelques pas de la magnifique plage! Le chemin de la plage est idéalement situé à côté de la maison - ce qui en fait une promenade très facile à la plage.

It is immediately obvious upon entering the house that this place is first class, well designed and someone is paying attention to details. As an example, someone took the time to line up all the utensils in the kitchen drawers(s) instead of just throwing them in there. Location is great. The six ensuite rooms sealed the deal for us.

We have done a number of rental stays over the Thanksgiving holiday which has made the moms insist on driving fro VT and FL so that we can be sure to have all that was necessary to prepare our feast in style. This was the first property we have stayed in that made our efforts unnecessary- the kitchen was designed and stocked for cooks! As for the rest of the house and location- magnificent!

This is a completely updated, well appointed, well stocked home. Every bedroom has a beautiful bathroom.There are two large primary suites, and each bedroom has a TV-a big plus for me. The kitchen is large and inviting and possibly the best equipped kitchen other than my own! Plenty of gadgets, appliances, indoor dishes, outdoor dishes. FANTASTIC! The pool is beautiful, great size, and the outdoor seating area is very comfortable. And a lawn! Such a rarity on HHI.And Coastal Home was extremely responsive to every concern or REQUEST . The layout of this home fit our needs for space and beds (number and size) and right on the path for I a quick walk to the beach. This is our second year staying in this home and we have already booked it for 2024. The location is right beside the beach walkway with easy access to the beach. The home is the most well appointed rental that we have every stayed in. We love the outdoor area and the parking is ample. The location to The Salty Dog is one of our favorite things as we bike there almost everyday! Coastal as a rental agency is responsive and has gone over and above whenever we have had a request. They are really easy to work with.

This was our first time staying in this home. We loved it! There was enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably and have their own space. The kitchen was very well equipped. The proximity to the beach was great. The only downside we experienced was the gas oven did not work the week we were there. We were notified by the rental company on the day of arrival. While we did have the wall electric oven, it was not easy to cook for the amount of family we had there. We cook in most of the week. I felt like some compensation should have been offered but was not. When this much money is paid, I expect everything to work properly or the company to make it right. We would stay here again for sure and were over all pleased!

12 Seaside Sparrow has it all! Privacy, plenty of space to spread out, incredible porch area, close to the beach, and the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen. We loved our 2 weeks there and wanted for nothing. Coastal was awesome as usual as this was our 4th stay with them. If you want a perfect and restful vacation, look no further. And of course, literally steps from the beach!

The house had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, refrigerator space, and cooking utensils for a large family. I loved the 6 burner gas stove and 2 ovens. The bedrooms all had attached baths which was wonderful. We had enough room for parking and it was close to the ocean!

Perfect Stay at a Memorable Property
Pictures don’t do this property justice. The home has everything you could ask for and more. We had a wonderful time at the house, in the heated pool and spa, at the pristine beach just steps away from the house, and biking Sea Pines. The property manager couldn’t have been more responsive. Simply the best rental home we’ve had the pleasure to stay in over the past 10 years.

This is the second time we have stayed in 12 Seaside Sparrow home and absolutely love the house. The hone is very well equipped with everything to make or stay wonderful. The staff at Coastal Home & Villa are great to work with and are always very helpful. We will stay in this home again next year.

This home was beautiful, and upon arrival, seemed like the perfect spot for our family. It was the closest we’ve ever been to the beach and was definitely the most we’ve ever paid for a week for a house. Our expectations were let down shortly after arrival due to minor things that could’ve and should’ve been addressed before we arrived. The refrigerator light didn’t work and never seemed to keep our items cold. The sprayer on the sink was broken. The doorknob to the back door kept falling off. One of the recliners in the den was broken. The A/C in the downstairs master never seemed to cool the room enough. Also, the TV’s were complicated to work. The biggest letdown was the dishwasher being broken. I know this is something that might’ve come as a surprise, but I feel like the cleaners would’ve notice none of the dishes being clean when they put them up. The full soap pod was still sitting in the dishwasher, so that’s enough indicator that something wasn’t right. The dishwasher wasn’t able to be fixed during our stay, so we had to spend the full 7 days without one, which is not what you want to deal with when paying that much for a house. The company offered us a $500 refund on our stay, but I don’t feel that is fair compensation for having to hand wash dishes all week long. Not all of the things mentioned above were mentioned to the management company, because after the dishwasher fiasco, we didn’t want to have maintenance coming in and out all week to fix everything. Some suggestions for the house would be to have at least one full length mirror somewhere. All of the mirrors are small, or too high up, and there’s no way to see your whole self in any of them. The lighting in the master bathrooms was terribly dim. It would’ve been nice to have some place to hang things to dry in the laundry room as well. This home has it all ... room for our entire extended family, all the amenities we needed, convenient Sea Pines location, great pool, and close to the beach. Can't wait to stay here again!
