The property was as expected - beautiful. Lovely pool, lovely BBQ! lovely owners who provided a lovely welcome gift and was in contact in regards to what we needed to do and tips on how to enjoy the property. The waterside is lovely and its true that turtles love the bread! Evenings by the pool and in the hot tub were lovely. close to great stores and not as hectic as Orlando or Tampa in regards to tourists so you get a real feel of Florida. If there was one thing i would change, would be the duration - Longer would have been fantastic. 5 stars. I will be back

We took this trip as a graduation gift for my 2 stepsons. We wanted to make it as memorable as possible because after I lost my 18 year old son a few years ago to a congenital heart defect, making as many memories as possible becomes a crucial part of life. And this house made that possible.
Not only is the home absolutely beautiful, the decor is stunning and the amenities were above and beyond what we expected! From big details to the smallest, the owners have definitely put their time, love, and effort into ensuring not only a beautiful experience, but also a home away from home.
We can't thank them enough for their hospitality and communication throughout our entire stay! We will definitely be back, sooner rather than later.

Short version: don’t second guess this property; just book it!
Bit longer version: absolutely amazing home right on a canal. Extremely responsive and friendly hosts. Super easy booking and check in process. Forget something? Trust me, they thought of it. Lovely decorated house (super clean!) with a great layout and gorgeous view of the outdoor living space and pool. Access to kayaks and paddle boats. Good fishing and so fun to feed the turtles. Very quiet neighborhood that we took walks through daily. What more can I say other than my group of 9 can’t wait to go back. This was by far our favorite VRBO home and experience ever. Top notch! ❤️

The pool and spa, lovely and spacious interior, and fully equipped kitchen made this house perfect for our weeklong vacation. It truly had everything we needed and more.

Brad and Donna were wonderful hosts. We loved the backyard- it had everything! The teenage boys fished right on the canal and caught many fish. It was so nice to have fishing poles. The pool and hot tub were great. The outdoor kitchen was amazing! We also used the gas firepit too.
We also appreciated having plenty of soaps & shampoos, spices, and we were greeted with a beautiful welcome gift!
We also appreciated meeting with their caretaker to go over the amenities of the house and ask any questions. That was new to us and really appreciated that.
The house is on a very busy street and the only other thing is it would be nice to have a door or curtain to the master bath for privacy.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much we decided to stay for 3 weeks this year. The house is beautiful and the lanai is relaxing. Donna was wonderful to work with. She made sure that we had everything that we needed and she took care of any concerns we had. If we come back to Cape Coral we will definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in many places in Cape Coral for our yearly family vacation, but this beautiful place will forever be our go to listing! The house is exactly like described in the listing, beautiful decor, beautiful scenery, and the owners (and the property manager) were amazing with communication! A lamp accidentally was broken by one of my children, and they were so understanding and polite about it! Great place and great host!

We went here for March Break and it was fantastic -- the property and pool were lovely and it's a great location (fairly centrally located; close to shopping and restaurants). Brad and Donna were excellent hosts and very prompt with communication and very helpful overall. We hope to come back again! It was wonderful!

As soon as we walked in the door we knew we were in Paradise! This house was amazing and the owners were awesome! The kitchen had everything we needed, the living room had comfy furniture, the master bath was huge and the bed in the master bedroom was so comfy. But the best part of the house was definitely the lanai. We loved the pool and hot tub along with all of the different seating areas. The outdoor kitchen was amazing. The owners had a book with different things to do and different restaurants in the area. We have stayed at other homes in the area but nobody has made us feel more welcome than Donna and Brad. We can’t wait to stay here again next February for three weeks!

This home is clean, spacious and well-appointed, having basically everything you need for a vacation including hairdryers, a printer, and a good selection of spices and cooking needs. We very much enjoyed opening the sliding doors and expanding the living area into the lanai which has several different seating areas. We even enjoyed the firepit one evening on a day that was particularly cool for Florida.
Donna was very communicative although we had no problems while we were there. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Not only was the house perfect from every amenity you can imagine to the wonderful and kind owners; they went beyond expectations to exceed our needs with accommodations and so helpful with anything we needed. The pictures do not do this place justice.

The house was decorated very well and had everything we needed and then some. The owners went above and beyond; asked our kids names and ages to have gifts waiting under the Christmas tree upon our arrival. don't forget the Christmas cookies waiting as well. We had one issue with a neighbor saying we were loud when we were not even there to which the owners reached out to politely enquire, that was really the only negative thing for our entire stay. I would highly recommend staying here. The house and owners really couldn't have been any better! Thank you Donna and Brad! our daughter is still loving her reindeer .

The house was beautiful and cozy at the same time. We used the pool everyday and really had no reason to leave. There was every pot and pan you could need and also some supplies in the fridge that were really helpful. We loved our time there and appreciate our gracious hosts for allowing us to stay.

This home is absolutely beautiful! Donna and Brad are wonderful hosts. Home was beautifully decorated, loved the themed rooms, great openness from kitchen to living area. Beautiful patio doors in two of the bedrooms and very large one in living area. We had ample seating in the house for meals and even more outside. Let's talk about the outside: We loved the outdoor kitchen grill area,
pool and hot tub! We really enjoyed feeding the turtles and loved watching the pelican dive for fish. The only caviot was we where there during hurricane Ian. But let me tell you Donna went above and beyond to keep us safe. She truly cared for our safety. We are all safe and grateful for her help. We will definitely be back!!

First we have to thank Donna for being such a great owner/host by guiding us with great info to all that we needed in order to get to the home and just enjoy. We had such a relaxing experience from our hectic life pool, cooking, sleeping lol it was all great neighbors every single thing that matters was awesome. Home has great info you don’t have to be googling anything its all there for whatever you want to do or eat. We would return without hesitation thank you for letting us build beautiful memories in your home. PS caught some bass and gar so there’s great fishing off the yard lol.

Wonderful home!
This home was even better than expected! All of the amenities you can think of and very clean! This home was about 25 minutes away from the beach and had many fun things to do for our kids right in the back yard! We had a minor issue with the air that was addressed and fixed right away. Donna was extremely helpful with all of that and even texted to make sure everything was going well throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this home and most definitely hope to be back! We were not ready to leave!

Paradise away from home!
Our family of 8 had an absolutely amazing time here! This home is gorgeous…. So stunning… we were never bored. We are a group of mixed ages- kids from 28 down to 8 years of age. We celebrated our daughters birthday at the SunSplash park close by and that was a blast! The kids hardly left the pool when we were “home” and adults either congregated on the comfy patio furniture in the lanai, lounged in the pool or were fishing or feeding turtles in the canal! We had a couple fabulous cook outs in the outdoor kitchen. There was plenty of space for e wry one to retreat for privacy when they needed a break… the beds were super comfy… communication with the owner and property manager was amazing! Donna is a perfect joy to work with and is just a kind human. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We had so many wonderful times during our 10 day stay… we loved every minute!!

Amazing host, amazing house
The home is absolutely beautiful. Donna and Brad are very gracious hosts who have thought of absolutely everything a family could need to enjoy their vacation. Any questions were answered quickly. The pool was amazing. The pool shelf was great for our little guy to play on. There was plenty of seating in the sun and shade for all eight of us. Feeding the turtles every morning was another highlight of our trip. The home is located on a busy street, but we liked the location as it was easy to get to the main roads to get to many destinations. We did not hear any street noise when we were in the back enjoying the pool. We would highly recommend this home to anyone. Many fun memories were made during our trip to Florida and we hope to return again soon.

Beautiful House, attention to detail
From first arrival to final day, the process was smooth as butter. The owner has the place tastefully decorated and fully stocked. The pool and spa are heated and well maintained. The amenities are plentiful and everything you need is right on site. We loved feeding the turtles in the mornings. Was sad to leave. The owner had suggestions and was helpful the entire trip, very quick to respond to everything. Love this house.

This rental property is a must! Backyard paradise, canal to watch turtles, birds, kayaks, paddle boat, close proximity to shops, grocery, local destinations...this place truly has it all! Inside is beautifully decorated, plenty of room for our family of 7 and never a boring moment could be had. Owners could not have been more informative and ready to answer any and all questions at any time. This place is a blessing for sure!

Very, very comfortable and easy to launch to/from the house. It's on an arterial street near another creating convenience, but traffic starts early. Tanning by the pool offset a lot of the traffic hubbub.

I don’t want to write this review because I want to keep this house a SECRET as it is so spectacular.. The house is beautiful, and professionally decorated. The lanai area is awesome and we spent most of our time outside there. There is a saltwater pool, a spa and a fire pit as well as numerous places to sit. My favorite was the master bathroom with a huge soaking tub. The owners were wonderful and responded quickly to any problem that I had. I love this rental so much that I have already booked for next year. It is on a busy street but there is no problem getting out of the driveway and there is a garage for use for one car. I had a wonderful six weeks in this lovely house and can’t wait to go back next year. Definitely the best rental I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in dozens over the years.

My family really enjoyed staying at Donna's for Christmas. She was very responsive and made a lot of efforts to ensure we had a great time. This may have been one of the cleanest places I've stayed..everything was sparkling! The only detail I note for future guests is that there is some street noise since it's on the boulevard, but you really don't hear it when you are hanging out in the back, enjoying the pool or hot tub. My family and I enjoyed our stay. In the mornings you can feed the turtles right from the dock. Every night we enjoyed the spa. Donna and Brad were very responsive any time we needed something. The location of the house was a little busier of a road than we would like, but that would not stop us from coming back again and you can’t hear the road from the backyard which is great! Overall a very great experience!
