Location was very nice

The heating could have been better, it was cold in the evenings even with heating on.

Nice and clean and met our needs. Staff are so lovely. Pub is a short walk away but on a very busy road. A short drive away from Aira force waterfall.

The bed was small and the ceiling height was low. Lots of bangs to the head. Although still a lovely place. Located on a busy A road and no buses to take you anywhere. Needed to drive to other towns.

Location was great for where we wanted to go. Staff were very friendly.

Shower unit could do with some TLC

The lodge was well equipped, comfortable and clean! great view of the mountain from the bedroom window.

No private garden area, loud noise from the roadside and parking a bit tricky.

The oven hob and cooking utensils I.e frying pan needs replacing, Left no welcome pack also found it by accident in visitor's book, They had removed a washing machine and left it outside of our cabin over 24 hours

Excellent location very hand for exploring, lodge was lovely very well equipped. Keys were left in door when we got there, never met the host but that didn’t bother us as we had no problems. Leaflet in lodge recommended Keswick golf course for Sunday dinner, we went and it was beautiful thank you for the recommendation. Will defiantly be back x

Road noise was a bit annoying but after a day or so we got used to it apart from that our stay was perfect, would like one with hot tub next time x
