The property looks as shown in the pictures. The location was ideal. The host was very friendly and helped with any needed details, plus extended our check-put hour. Would definitely go back if we’ve had the chance.

Apartman je predivno uređen, opremljen sa svim uređajima. Izuzetno čist. Nalazi se u samom centru grada. Vlasnik ljubazan. Sve pohvale, ako budemo opet u Zadru sigurno ćemo izabrati ovaj apartman.

This apartment is unreal! It was spotlessly clean throughout, will clean fresh towels & bed linen of such good quality. The bed & pillows were so comfy and the apartment was so well equipped. It is in an excellent location, quiet but very close to lovely restaurants & bars etc. Ivan was the most attentive host, providing excellent instructions on how to find and get into the property. He answered quickly when I was very confused with the coffee situation & explained how to use the coffee saucepan/pot to boil the coffee (after much hilarity between myself & my friend). My only regret is that we only stayed one night! I would definitely stay here again :)
Nothing - it was excellent! It is on the top floor accessed via steps but that wasn’t a problem for us.

Good location. All in walking distance. Apartment is clear, cosy, stylish and quiet. New plumbing. Comfortable beds.
There is no heating, and air conditioner in winter does not heat the living room above 19°C, and the temperature in the bedrooms is even lower.

I asked the host twice about parking possibilities, got no answer. When we arrived, closest public parking place was min 800m from the apartment (winter time)

Amazing apartment. Super modern, beautiful kitchen and bathroom, TV with Netflix and the beds were the best we’ve had on our 3 month Europe trip! perfect location too, would recommend to everyone!

The location it’s super central and the apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. If you are traveling by car, you can use the Ravnice 2 parking as it’s much more convenient than the street parking.

Perfect location in the heart of the old city beside all cafe and restaurants and the apartment was super clean with lot of facilities.
The apartment is in the third floor with no elevator, which is very difficult to reach with heavy luggages.
No air condition in rooms. Only one air condition in living room but it is OK as the cold air coming from the one in the living room can reach the rooms and we didn't feel rooms were hot.
If you arrive early, you won't be able to leave your luggage in the apartment until check in and we had to leave the luggage in a storage shop 250 meters away from the apartment with extra fees.
