The place is centrally located. Security is very good. There is fast internet that allow one my friends to work while on vacation.

Amazing location. Very rare to find a 2 bedroom,2 bathroom with everything you need-facilities wise all accessible, full kitchen, hot and cold shower, washing machine, drying rack, swimming pool, restaurants convenience store closeby, etc. A big plus was I was able to accommodate more family members and be with my closest while on my vacation, the 2nd room and the sofa beds are great addition. The communication from the host is superb! I will definitely book again for my next Davao visit.

The location is near the night market and other shops and stores. There is a 7-11 down the building, the guards and receptionist were all pleasant, helpful and polite. The pad is clean, cozy and comfy. Wifi is good and there is netflix to watch. Recommended for a family.

The washing machine is not working, but it's not a big deal since we are not doing any laundry.

It is situated in a prime location. It is perfect for family or groups and fully equipped with appliances

The place was comfortable & convenient since it is located in the city center. All the necessary things/facilities were available. The hosts were very accomodating & easy to deal with. Would love to go back next time😊

It's better if you will already add drinking water in the fridge. Suggest a better towel it's so hard or use downy.

Lots of ants in the bathroom and the lounge. No cooker as shown on the website. No TV channels no instructions for any of the equipment.the furniture was in a bad state and the shower rail was loose will never stay there again

very good location.. with sea view.. unit is spacious, perfect for family guests.. it has all the basic needs we have.. excellent Wifi.. and Patrick the manager of the unit and the son of the owner, and the owner herself are very friendly and accomodating.

Didn't expect the unit would accomodate 5 guests. Has a wide space and every room was organized. Has sufficient amenities. Good for relaxing as well.
