From the moment of arrival, during and checking out service was seamless. The owners are very helpful and catered for our every need - thank you Sarah and Ian. The facilities were exceptional and was a fantastic base for local attractions too. As I was in the area for work it was a lovely restful stay and the choice for breakfast was exceptional too, such amazing produce. We stayed in the garden suite room and the furnishings and decor were so lovely. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The property was fabulous. Great location, so private, spacious and comfortable. Fabulous breakfast. The host, Sarah, was amazing and gave great recommendations for restaurants and areas to visit.

We were made very welcome by the owner Sarah who was super friendly but not overly intrusive and offered advise on places to eat locally. The location was just over a mile or so from Bracklesham & East Wittering but in a lovely quiet part of the area, exactly what we were looking for for a short break. Really good breakfast I should mention as well.

Could find no fault with the accommodation at all. Exactly what we were after, thank you Sarah.

Beautiful location, beautiful room / lodge with added Christmas touches

Maybe add a foot stool would have been nice as 2 arm chairs and personally we like to put our feet up. Just our preference thou. Maybe add a potato selection to breakfast, hash brown, also maybe a fried slice?
