Very convenient to be able to meet up with friends staying in East Wittering. Breakfast supplies were an unexpected bonus - Thank you.

The bed and sofa were very comfortable and the milk, butter and jam in the fridge, and coffee and tea was a welcome touch. The decor is very pleasant and the location was ideal in a lovely very quiet residential area which is a stroll away from the shops and cafes etc, and buses into Chichester, It was also an easy walk to the beach. Parking is in the quiet road in front of the house.

The only things we would have liked were some hooks to hang coats and a shelf to be able to leave out our toiletries in the bathroom, Having said that, these are very minor and we highly recommend this accommodation and hope it will be available to stay when next we are in this area.

The hosts are welcoming and on hand with help and directions when required. The Garden room is very comfortable and had everything that you need for a self catering holiday.

It was an inconvenience that the fridge had broken and a new fridge was being delivered the next day. However they kept any food that i had taken in their fridge for me. A lovely new fridge now in situ.

A bit rainy, but cosy in the studio.

The property was in a great location, and very close to the pebble beach. The property was warm and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with afew little extras, such as biscuits and bread and butter. The owners were very welcoming, we had a great 2 night stay and would return.

Everything was quite small except for the bed. Outside space for personal use was small. In particular, the sink in the shower room/toilet was annoyingly tiny, especially for cleaning teeth, shaving, splashing some water on your face.

Very clean and well presented accommodation. Great location - two minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes from shops, pubs and cafes in East Wittering. Very easy to get to to by public transport - train to Chichester; 52/53 bus (opposite station) to East Wittering; 3 minute walk from bus stop to accommodation.

Lovely little space in quiet location within walking distance to the coast. Nice walking around and good food in pubs. Had a lovely time. Good communication with host.

It took us a while to work out the shower.

The Garden Room is ideal for a peaceful break in a beautiful location. The sea is a couple of minutes walk away and the shops about 5 minutes.. The accommodation is spotless, the bed is extremely comfy. The owners' little dogs are very sweet. You are left to your own devices but they are also there for any help. It's perfect for a short break to recharge batteries. Recommended.
