Cet appartement (au 2ème étage) comprend 2 chambres (triples et doubles) avec salle de bain, un coin cuisine / salle à manger et 2 balcons avec une belle vue panoramique et mer. Il est pratique pour jusqu'à 5 personnes.
La Villa Anka est un hébergement privé 3 étoiles à Cavtat, à 300 m du centre-ville et des plages les plus proches, à 200 m de l'hôtel Croatie. Nous sommes situés dans un quartier calme et nous offrons un lieu de séjour confortable dans tous les appartements, adapté pour rester pour les couples, les familles et les groupes et tous ceux qui veulent profiter de la mer claire, du soleil et de la nourriture et des boissons domestiques.
Dubrovnik est très facilement accessible en bateau ou en transports en commun (bus n ° 10, la gare routière est à 200 m) et l'aéroport de Dubrovnik est à 6 km (un service de navette aéroport est possible).

Trevlig lägenhet uppe på en höjd, ca 10 minuters promenad ner till stan. Rummen var stora. Köket helt okej, fanns den mest nödvändiga utrustning för att laga mat.

The owners made us very welcome. We were met at the airport and there was homemade cake and a drink waiting for us. We were given a map and had everything explained to us. The apartment we stayed in was number 3. Very spacious with everything you could possibly need for self catering if you wanted to do that. Comfortable and very clean.

We had a wonderful stay in the 5-adult apartment. Anka, Luka and Stijepo are fantastic hosts and were exceptionally kind and helpful to us during a family emergency. We can't thank them enough for making this difficult time for us so much easier.
The apartment itself is bright, light and very comfortable with wonderful air con which makes all the difference and close to the town and all the amenities. Cavtat is a lovely place to stay with lots of good restaurants to try out and the town is a lively, buzzing place without being over-touristy or noisy. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to this wonderful part of Croatia and we will definitely be returning to stay with Anka, Luka and Stijepo. We send our best wishes to them and thank them all for a lovely holiday.

We had a wonderful stay in the 5-adult apartment. Anka, Luka and Stijepo are fantastic hosts and were exceptionally kind and helpful to us during a family emergency. We can't thank them enough for making this difficult time for us so much easier.
The apartment itself is bright, light and very comfortable with wonderful air con which makes all the difference and close to the town and all the amenities. Cavtat is a lovely place to stay with lots of good restaurants to try out and the town is a lively, buzzing place without being over-touristy or noisy. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to this wonderful part of Croatia and we will definitely be returning to stay with Anka, Luka and Stijepo. We send our best wishes to them and thank them all for a lovely holiday.

Villa Anka proved to be the best place to stay for our holiday in Cavtat. Villa Anka proved to be the best place to stay for our holiday in Cavtat. Anka and her family were incredible hosts who went out of their way to not only make us welcome, but also provided fantastic support during an emergency. This meant two bedrooms and two balconies and as it was on the higher level had better views out over to the mountains,sea and centre.The kitchen was large and functional and the bathroom was airy with a washing machine for use if required. The owners were polite, friendly and helpful with any enquiries. We found the apartment ideal for our family of four and would return in an instant.

My husband and I spent 17 days at Villa Anka. We are so glad to have found this very clean comfortable apartment with airconditioning and a lovely balcony. We especially liked the location: in a neighborhood rather than down in the hustle and bustle of the town center. This afforded us an opportunity to get a feel for the Croatian culture and the Urlovic family certainly made us feel at home at Villa Anka. We came to enjoy the walk down the hill to city center where we would spend the day walking the easy footpaths around the town, swimming at one of our favorite beaches or having a coffee at Paradiso or a meal at Ivan's, one of the many restaurants along the seaside. Some nights we simply enjoyed the evening sitting on our balcony sharing a bottle of the Urlovic's homemade wine (for sale)accompanied by fresh figs, grapes or dried quince, which Anka and Luka would graciously provide us throughout our stay. Meeting the Urlovic family was an added high point to our stay at Villa Anka. They speak good english, are friendly, helpful and picked us up at the airport!! We look forward to our return visit.
