Ce chalet de plage sans prétention magnifique est situé sur front de mer absolue avec promenades sur la plage et la pêche à creuser vos pieds dans le droit de sable à la porte - GRAVEMENT A VOTRE PORTE!
Entièrement climatisé pour les quelques jours de l'année où les belles brises de mer ne sont pas vous refroidissent., Ce 3 chambres, 1 salle de bain (plus une toilette 2e) chalet est idéal pour un petit séjour en famille, pour un ou deux couples ou une petit groupe d'amis.
Bien que modeste, il est joliment décoré dans le style de plage détendue et offre toutes les commodités modernes nécessaires. Une blanchisserie et une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée et options de cuisson offrent barbecue en plein air pour les jours où vous ne voulez pas quitter la propriété. Les caractéristiques comprennent une cour généreuse gazonnée dos pour les enfants de courir ou pour un jeu de cricket, un cubby pour les enfants et une belle piscine, nouvellement installé donnant sur la mer de Corail.
Sitauted seulement 10-15 minutes au nord de Cairns CBD, la banlieue joyau caché de Machans Beach offre vraiment décontracté style de vie sans trop de touristes, mais avec la commodité d'un grand magasin, bureau de poste, à emporter et de la station de carburant, plus un pub fabuleux restaurant de style sur l'Esplanade.
Un accès pratique à toutes les attractions touristiques locales et le service de bus local et un court trajet en voiture à d'autres plages de Cairns. Port Douglas est seulement 50 minutes en voiture.

Great cottage on the beach. Great for walks but not for swimming even in the season. Village is great with Mayham’s cafe and the pub.
Cottage cared for by agent not owners and little items are not checked. However agent responsive. Loved our stay.

It was the relaxing and quietest places l have stayed in, very easy access to the beach and many other amenities. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there, l will look at returning again myself sometime in the future.

We simply didn't want to leave! Waking up to those amazing sunrises every day was incredible. The property was in an amazing location and the kids loved being able to go down to the beach whenever they liked. Highly recommended!

We loved staying here, not only for the beachfront location, but also as an ideal base for visiting the Cairns area. It was great to be away from the touristy parts of the city and feel like one of the locals.

We were rather concerned for the community when we saw the floods in Machans Beach had made the need in Sydney. Despite everything we were welcomed so early and looked after in such great style that we owe a debt of gratitude to the lovely people we encountered in MB, O'Shea's and Mayhem. In particular, Deb Marsh went out of her way to treasure us and make sure that everything was perfect for us.

This house was amazing. It was the perfect location and steps away from the beach. The kids loved playing on the beach. The house was clean and it provided everything we needed. We arrived at night and the owners left lights on so we could see as we entered the house. If we ever get the chance to visit again I would definitely stay here. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

My husband and I stayed for just over a week and absolutely loved the location. Waking up to sunsets right on the beach and falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean was amazing.

A renovated and extended original beachside house- literally on the beach. Go to sleep and wake up to the sounds of waves- watch nature in action as the tides come and go. Swim in the pool if its warm enough! Deb was very responsive and welcoming with anything we needed assistance with. Enjoy!

We loved this place. The backyard was the beach and we spent a lot of time there not reading our books because the water was so mesmerising. We didn’t have a car and relied on Ubers which worked well for us as a couple. Arranged a grocery delivery prior to our arrival and the host kindly came over and put the perishables in the fridge. The sound of the sea at night was great and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Add to this a pool and a walkable pub/restaurant and we were very content.

We had a fabulous 6 night stay at this lovely cottage which is right on the beach. The property is really well stocked, clean, with a large garden and is in a lovely suburb just north of Cairns. The property is advertised for 6 but it's really only suitable for 5, unless the 6th person is a young child. Other than this though I'd highly rate this property.

Well kept and with good facilities. Great support from property managers and very little airport noise as off the flight path. Village is delightful and quirky and overall great location. SandFleas around this time of year so need to use repellant. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved the location of this property. When we first arrived in Cairns it was raining. It rained for 3 days, and hubbie was getting cabin fever as there was very little outside covered space. I was fine, as I can find a spot anywhere to read a good book. Then the sun came out and his attitude changed. Loved sitting beach side every morning and afternoon, watching people walk their dogs, people fishing and the boats on the water. It was divine.
Huge thank you to Deb for allowing us an early check in due to the rainy weather. Had plans to do sightseeing on the Atherton Tablelands until 2.00pm. So again, a huge thanks.
House had more than everything you would need except it truly needs a decent egg flip (sorry). Also maybe a mop, but that could be negotiable. But I would of used it if there was one available.
Beds very comfy, bathroom good size, interior of house was lovely, but the pool and the view was one of the best experiences ever.
