Cabins are so cute, roomy, clean, and very comfortable!!! Some of the most gorgeous parks and waterfalls in the country close by!! We are planning a return trip asap!!!!

The amount of space was good everything was on one level shopping/restaurants were close by

The washer/ dryer didn't work the a/c stopped working didn't have any privacy didn't have a decent grill the bed n furniture was uncomfortable

It was very spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen and the private hot tub was very nice.

The pellet stove was great. Washer and dryer worked very well. Lots of natural light and the porch was nice,

The mattress was too hard. The wi-fi was too slow. The parking was a problem when an event was being held.

We recently booked and attended our stay with the Cabins at Pine Haven. Our stay was from a Thursday-Sunday. Upon arrival, the lady at the check in area was very friendly and informed us of everything we needed to know while staying with them. The cabin was very, very well cleaned and prepared for our stay. Towels and bathroom linens were clean and placed neatly in the restroom, as well as two extra blankets and an extra set of clean sheets in the bedroom. The sofa bed and queen sized bed were both reasonably comfortable. The refrigerator, microwave and other kitchen necessities were spotless with no mess left behind from the previous guests. All of the dishes and utensils were washed and put away, though we did wash them again before using (for Covid reasons obviously). We brought a small sized crockpot with us for easier meal options during our stay, and there was plenty of counter space for that as well as for all the food and snacks that we had brought with us.

There were no curtains or pull down shades on any of the windows, which has always been a big thing for us as we like our privacy and like to be able to sleep in while on vacation in the mornings, which is hard to do when all of the light comes shining in first thing. The bathroom was a little on the smaller side (especially when opening and closing the door) but with it being a 1BR cabin and with the fair pricing, we weren’t expecting anything huge. The living room TV did have a working DVD player, but neither of the TV remotes seemed to pair with that which made us unable to watch some of the dvds we had brought with us that had multiple movies on one disk or more than one part. The hot tub was very clean and a pretty decent size, however each cabin around us was able to see over/down and onto our deck and hot tub area. If you are looking for that more private feel while on your deck area or in the hot tub, we would recommend one of the two treehouse cabins as those seemed to be more of a private option. The area is very beautiful and while it does give off that homey/mountainy feel, we did sometimes hear sirens and car noises from the streets below in town. All in all, this place is very nice and we will definitely be back very soon. The things listed above are just some of our thoughts and recommendations that could maybe make future stays better and more enjoyable for us as well as other guests. :)
