the games, bikes and the boogie boards were great.

I didn’t like having to put the bin out as soon as I arrived but it makes sense that the next person puts the bin out for us.

the location the size of the house

no aircon. don't get my wrong it is right on the beach and it has a pool however when there is no wind the house is so stuffy and extremely hot. the fans didn't go on super high speed and because of the high ceilings could hardly feel the air flow. the house would be more appealing if there was aircon!

For a multigenerational family group (3 to 87) of 11 it was great. There were spaces to get together and plenty of room for separation when required. Back gate access to the beach was very handy. Had the weather not been so great, we would have made better use of bikes and path. The pool was very much enjoyed by our 3 year old grandson, with great nana watching on over the balcony.

Great living areas and plenty of seating for all guests

The house was well appointed and easily felt like home with large spaces. This was ideal for us as our family were together to prepare and celebrate our daughters wedding. Ingrid was nothing but helpful throughout our entire booking process including navigating a Covid related rebooking and then at the last minute a potential reschedule due to floods threatening to disrupt our plans again. Ingrid responded immediately to a couple of minor issues while we were at the house and helped us easily overcome them. I could not recommend the property and owner highly enough.

The only possible downside is lack of air conditioning, however this is understandable in light of the open plan.

It was able to fully cater for our group also the location was excellent
