Beautiful property that is maintained really well. Extremely friendly staff. Very comfortable bed.

I really like our room. The bed is very comfy. The bathroom is very big.

The breakfast serving was very small.

Courteous staff. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Restaurant in the property served wagyu and salmon. Mango Kani salad with Miso dressing was a refreshing take on the usual Kani salad which uses Japanese Mayo.

The beds are small.

The room that we stayed in is clean and the bed is very cozy I was able to sleep well during our 2-night stay. Although it's situated along the highway, you won't hear the sound of the passing vehicles. I like the airy interior of the hotel with the high ceiling complemented by paintings that showcases the historical places in Paoay and just the right amount of antique furnitures. The Veranda Cafe serves enough selection of food from vegetables to seafoods, meat and of course Ilocos specialties! It is strategically built which will give you a nice view of the Paoay Lake shimmering under the morning sun and the lush of trees as its backdrop. The staff are friendly.

Please do train the guard on duty to assist with the parking or at least put a marker on the parking space, preferrably cars facing the side of the hotel building. We were hassled when another guest's vehicle parked blocking our car and we cannot get out. We have to ask the staff to find the owner who at that time was still asleep. This brought inconvenience to us ans tk the other guest. Adjust the breakfast schedule at an earlier time. Instead of 8am for the breakfast, kindly serve as early as 6am since most visitors go on tour during the day. As for the dinner, we weren't entertained when we tried ordering food at 8:30pm for the dinner. I hope you could extend it until 9pm. Erradicate the flies in the cafe area. We cannot eat properly since we have to shoo it away constantly.

The ambiance is so relaxing. It added extra comfort to your vacation. It feels like we were given special treatment but you'll see that they treat all their customers the same. Special!.

Additional staff at the cafe specially during busy hours. Food is always good but coffee is not hot. But coffee taste really good.
