Le petit-déjeuner : choix très variés, produits frais, un cuisinier qui fait des omelettes, pancakes, œufs au plat à la minute... Une équipe très efficace en salle qui débarrasse et nettoie rapidement les tables, ramasse très vite les couverts tombés et vous en propose des nouveaux et est à votre écoute, tout cela dans une plutôt bonne humeur. - L’emplacement : très proche de la vieille ville, comme de l’avenue plus moderne, à deux pas du port, de l’arrêt du petit train touristique, pas très loin non plus des premières plages (environ 10 minutes à pied). Avec la voiture, il est très facile de prendre l’autoroute ou autres axes principaux. - Le personnel d’accueil qui est prêt à répondre à toutes vos questions si besoin - La vue sur le port, sur l’El Cable Inglés, les palmiers et au loin les plages - Possibilité de stationnement : si l’hôtel a un parking, le personnel dirige volontiers vers le parking du port qui est à deux pas et moins cher (avec possibilité d’un tarif intéressant pour s’y garer le week-end ou une semaine complète par exemple avec une carte permettant d’y entrer et sortir à volonté).

La salle de bain est un peu vétuste et mériterait un rafraîchissement ainsi qu’un nouvel agencement (notamment un plateau pour pouvoir déposer ses effets personnels) - les ascenseurs sont également trop anciens - dommage qu'il n’y ait pas une toute petite table basse sur la balcon.

Es war laut und das Auto musste anderweitig untergebracht werden. Der Staub unterhalb des Waschbeckens war fingerbreit, was wahrscheinlich auch darauf zurückzuführen ist, dass das Personal zur Reinigung sehr wenig Zeit hat.

War alles gut. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Es gab sogar einen Koch, der Eier, oder Omlets gebraten hat. Selbst der Kaffee war gut, nämlich Nespresso.

Die Klospülung war schlecht, das Internet zum Vergessen.

Excellent location. Great room. Very comfortable stay.

The only issue was breakfast which started very promptly at 0800 on a Saturday despite the website saying 0730. When staying for work it makes time a bit tight. Maybe let us in 10 minutes early to at least get a coffee or something. We were not the only ones waiting around for the restaurant to open.

Location was excellent, near the Alcazaba, city and beach. The view from the room was amazing. Great breakfast.

Parking garage stalls too small. Very tight!

We loved our room overlooking the pool & out to the sea. We were at the end of a corridor so it was good to have the quietness away from others. The cleaning team left the room immaculate on arrival & were very accommodating throughout our stay. We were happy to be able to leave luggage in a secure room while we waited to check in. The staff in the dining room/bar were excellent

Being made to wait at Reception when more than 1 customer is checking in with only 1 staff member attending. It's a long process to check in. The 'hot' food at the buffet breakfast is not hot - very disappointing.

Nothing, it was all fantastic as always, have stayed there 4 times now, and are booked for a night next Wednesday with my sister and brother in law before they return to the UK on Thursday.

Location is really good

No any vegetables at the breakfast, very uncomfortable beds, staff ( incl. the reception and the bar staff) does not speak in english, deposit needs to be paid for basic equipment such as kettle and iron. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star standard.

Position and parking. Very convenient for shops. Reception ladies very helpful and friendly. I should have complained about the room.

For a 4 star hotel it was very disappointing. The rooms were more than basic. The bathroom was not clean. The bath was a disgrace. Corners of everything were not clean. The beds and particularly the pillows were awful. I could go on.

Location is perfect as a base to explore the city and surrounding area. The hotel room was small but clean, as was the bathroom, and the shower was good. Buffet breakfast was good. Only stayed three nights. At the upper end of budget hotels.

Breakfast was ok, not to big choice, but ok. Location was superb, just right at the coast, not to far away from the beach, in center of everything. Room was good, big enough, big double bed, just not comfy because of the Mattress

Yes it is an older hotel but the staff are excellent. The breakfast had everything you could want. The room was spacious and comfortable. My wife was presented with a bottle of fizz on her birthday as they had seen her cards. Overall would definitely return.

The WiFi is something that needs improvement.
