The apartment was very clean

There was mould all over the kitchenette. No coffee machine, no kettle.

I absolutely loved this place and cannot praise the friendly staff enough.

Very hands on receptionists, instructions were pretty clear. The car can be pulled over just in front of the hotel for the time of registration prior to receiving the code for the covered car park which is located around the corner of the accommodation. It takes 2-3 minutes on foot to reach the city centre.

It should be made clearer in the description how parking works. We were driving circles during night time to figure out where we can stop the car in a legal manner.

Location. The ac was working fine. Period.

l called the reception at 3 am to complain about the insane amount of noise on the upper floor. (Despite of the ac running and quality earplugs, l couldn’t sleep) The receptionist (who didn’t speak a SINGLE WORD of English or French) told me that he could only make me and my family move to an other flat (still 3 am). He said that he couldn’t do anything about the noise since the upper floor flat “wasn’t under his jurisdiction “. Stuck or leaking (both, yes) plumbery, questionable room service, teasing no-possible-to-access terrasse, laughable kitchenette, ridiculously small lifts.
