Parking was available but very difficult to get vehicle in & out of lift

Style, size and bathroom design!

I’m traveling by bicycle and needed to charge my bike computer while at dinner. Unfortunately even the outlets turn off when you leave the room. I’m an ardent environmentalist and understand the reason, but there should be a way to accommodate exceptions. And the bed was too firm.

The apartments was nice and the service was very fast.

The couch was awful. There was no way you could sit or lie down that was comfortable.

All online dealings with staff excellent.

Dull, drab, dark, dingy, soulless, rudimentary apartment. I was immensely disappointed. The property in an unattractive part of town near the railway line and social housing. It was overlooked by very close properties on the other side of the street which afforded little privacy unless you kept the curtains or blinds drawn giving the place a claustrophobic effect. Furnishings very basic and uncomfortable to sit or lie on Malodourous smell pervaded the bathroom emanating from the drains. Noise from other apartments travelled throughout the entire premises: door slamming, footsteps, dragged furniture screeching on floor, barking dog, noisy children and arguing adults..... I had to return to the UK early and it was a blessing to leave after only 5 nights and I would have left early anyway I made a truly dreadful mistake in selecting this property given the availability of far better alternatives many of which were of much better value and well equipped. Sadly I had not considered these alternatives at the time of booking.

location was good, parking at certain times of the year is a help, Staff did bring a couple of things that were broken

very dated, plug sockets loose, light fittings hanging off, no kettle, hairdryer didn’t work, looked smaller than the picture

Airco was nice.

Bed was not comfortable.

Pleasantly decorated and spotlessly clean. Fabulous, professional and helpful staff. Highly recommend using the parking facilities as there is nowhere to park nearby.

It could have done with better kitchen equipment e.g. corkscrew, sharp knives etc The apartment sleeps 4 - but the sofa seats 2.
