Reasonably spacious, quiet, well equipped kitchen, extra linens provided, good fitness centres, access to MGM pool lot.

For a 14 night consecutive stay, the room was not serviced once without an extra charge. Took 2 days and multiple requests to get the TV repaired so it would receive a signal

The location and how the rooms are made

The fact that valets closes at different times and the pools close at 5 pm

Staff was attentive and the location was ideal.

Prices are very high, Facilities where closed without explanation. Room itself had weird stains on the ceiling and curtains. Plus the leather from the bed headboards were ripped off.

A great apartment suite situated a short walk from the strip. No gambling machines or grubby areas which made it restful from the chaos of Las Vegas. Apartment was very big and comfortable, great for a few days stay. A short airconditioned walk to MGM so easy to get food and whatever else you are after.

The small convenience shops that operate in the area are way overpriced, but that's Vegas generally so not the hotels fault.

There were so many things wrong with our stay. First, we were not given what we were promised. We were told we would have a view of the strip and we had a view of the parking lot. Second, the toilets kept clogging, the sink was also clogged. Third, the TV did not work. Fourth, there were issues with cleanliness and the carpets were stained and there was mold growing in the cocking of the bathtub. There was chipping paint and wallpaper. This property did not live up to the standards that we agreed to.

Room was very nice in size, location was convenient to walk to multiple interest points on the strip. Nice and quiet location but still in the heart of action of the strip.

The carpet and furniture is very dated. Place setting for 4 people is to minimal. Place setting for 8 persons is more realistic.
