スタッフは皆親切で、ガイドのケンが朝から晩まで一生懸命アテンドしてくれた。食事の後ベトナムの伝統的な横笛を聞かせてくれた。お昼ご飯がブュッフェ形式で、種類が豊富で美味しかった。 部屋には小さなバルコニーもあり、ボートで近づいてくる人からお菓子やビールなどを買うことができて面白かった。

夕食はコース料理だったが、食後のコーヒーやお茶はコースに含まれず、有料だった。飲み物は全体的にベトナムにしては高め。 ２日目に訪れた洞窟はガイドブックに出ている有名なものではなく、マイナーな洞窟だったが、ベトナム戦争中に兵士たちが4年間隠れていたという点は興味深かった。

Primer de tot, comentar que finalment vam agafar el vaixell Mon Cheri, del mateix grup (Bay Group). Degut a un problema de salut d'última hora, vam haver de retrassar la nostra sortida i en tot moment la persona amb la que vam tractar va mostrar una absoluta humanitat, comprensió, i predisposició a ajudar. Tot i estar fora del període de cancel·lació gratuïta, ens van oferir alternatives per altres dates i finalment vam poder gaudir del creuer per la badia de Halong Dit això, el personal és increïble, brutal. Els vaixells molt ben equipats. Millor que molts hotels als que hem estat a Vietnam. Tot funciona perfectament. Recomano agafar el transfer amb ells mateixos. A nosaltres 2 dies i 1 nit se'ns va fer una mica curt. Realment les vistes des de l'habitació són molt maques, i haguéssim passat una altra nit moot gustosament. També inclouen més excursions si fas les 2 nits, vull dir que tampoc hi haurà temps per avorrir-se. Tant pel tracte rebut al contactar amb ells per demanar un canvi fora de termini, com pel tracte rebut en tot moment per tot el personal, i l'estat de les instal·lacions, el menjar, ... no puc fer més que recomanar absolutament aquest creuer per Halong Bay.

Res. Tot ha estat genial. De 10. Potser el preu és un pèl car... per dir alguna cosa, però crec que val la pena.

El responsable del crucero no fue nada profesional. Su mayor interés fue vendernos a través de su propia agencia de viajes una excursión de dos días al norte de Vietnam que fue una auténtica estafa. Creo que su trabajo debería centrarse en que durante el crucero disfrutes al máximo, no a perseguirte por todo el barco para su propio beneficio. El resto de personal de 10. También deberían mejorar la actividad de pesca después de la cena, ya que solamente tenían dos cañas para todo el barco. O disponer de otra actividad nocturna.

Staff went above and beyond. So much so that we forgot a bag and they sent it to us free of charge.

Bathtub was really nice. The kayaking was fun. The staff were very accommodating to my dietary needs - vegetarian. The boat took us to areas of the bay that were a little less touristy and fewer other boats. Would have liked even more of this during the cruise.

The bathtub is in full view of the window so cannot have a daytime bath with a view if near other boats. The kayaking and cave was great but would have preferred to have another adventure activity available rather than the small onboard options. The pool - the water was super hot to the point of uncomfortable on stepping in so could not swim.

What an amazing experience. Staff were so friendly. Best food I’ve had in the world. Special mention to Sara. The staff work so hard but always have a smile on their faces. Kayaking was amazing as was the visit to cat ba island. Room with balcony was a highlight

Nothing

Halong Bay is full of trash, plastic, styrofoam, bags, etc. It is such a shame and it made the whole experience a major let down. Here you have this beautiful landscape that is just polluted with garbage. None of the cruises put any effort in cleanup or reduction. You float along just witnessing this ecological disaster and it really leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I'm by no means an environmental cruisiador, but this place makes you wonder. The cruises (650 of them) are all ok. Nice staff, good food, cool itineraries so this isn't a knock on the experience, but rather the management of the place they are supposed to put on display.
