Nice, simple home. Older kitchen but really doesn’t matter when you are wanting to be out hiking! Very effective heater.

Nice place to stay in Halls gap. Hous has almost everything you do need. Carry your own consumables/soap etc. I'd recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay again in future. Phone reception: Telstra network gets good reception. Optus and Vodafone get patchy to none.

Great location, clean, quiet, plenty of car space and reasonably cheap. We had a good experience staying there and would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Grampians. We will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity to visit Grampians in the future. Thanks so much for making our stay memorable.

Halls Gap House was the perfect place for our family to stay. Great location with plenty of privacy. Ramp access for my elderly mother. Well equipped with everything you need, even an outdoor firepit. We had no issue with mobile coverage. Thank you Conrad.

Great location - 5min drive / 30 min walk from Halls Gap shops/main street. Ideal spot to explore Hall Gaps and Eastern Grampians. Little to no phone reception, which was a positive to disconnect for a while. Thank you for hosting us.

Stay was great. Place was neat and tidy amd had everything we needed. Only thing we had no idea about was the bad reception. Other than that it was lovely.

The farm house was comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked up for cooking full meals in it as was my plan.
My only complains were that the air conditioning hardly worked at all, I had it turned on the whole time and it didn’t have any strength in it, and that the carpet smells, even after having all the windows open several days to air the house and help cooling it down.
There was no phone or internet reception in the house which can be a problem, but for us it gave us a chance to disconnect which was really needed.

Easy to get to and nice to be just outside of town. Easy access into town, walking trails and the zoo. Definitely want to stay here again in the future. An older property with no mobile coverage so may not suite everyone but is exactly what we wanted. A great place to get away to.

Conrad was very helpful, house had everything we needed, lovely setting with farm behind, hot shower, comfy beds, kids loved the campfire!

A perfect little house to appreciate the Grampians. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of heat for the cool nights. Great little spot.

We had a lovely time! Great location and spoiled for choice of activities. The accommodation had everything we needed and more. Good to note that there was no phone/ Internet reception for us (Optus & Vodafone) but we got it in Halls Gap town and organised ourselves accordingly. Lovely host 👌

Superb location
Close enough to town yet so lovely to be surrounded by nature-Echidnas & kookaburras kindly visited. Kangaroos & emus were just around the corner. All conveniences are supplied in this compact cottage, particularly, for me, comfortable couches are an advantage- as opposed to the ‘sink into’ sagging armchairs more commonly found in rentals.

The property was clean and comfortable and met all our needs for a weekend away with family. Beds were comfortable and the location quiet. There is a hotel in walking distance for meals which was handy. Phone and internet coverage are almost non existent, however, this is an issue with the surrounding area not the house.

Ideal location just out of Halls Gaps but close enough to walk. Picturesque bike/walking track into township. Even though on main road into Halls Gap, very quiet at night. House roomy enough for short or long stay and comfy beds. Met all our needs.

Rural environment just couple of Km from general store and walking distance to Halls Gap Hotel.
